To be honest this the only place I know where they will really put you in a vehicle you love and give you a great deal! No hidden stuff, no crazy numbers, everyone was straight forward and handled business with a smile. Thank you DJ for the prestige service, if you want to buy a car go to Tynans! No lie the guy is so funny and full of life. We need more car salesman like him. Thanks to Greg and Julian for putting the deal thru and making this easy for me. God bless. 🤝 More

Not confident pre sale inspection was accurate I purchased a gently used Jeep Wrangler from tynans recently and have put an additional $1500 in parts over the first month. The radiator had a sizab I purchased a gently used Jeep Wrangler from tynans recently and have put an additional $1500 in parts over the first month. The radiator had a sizable leak within two weeks of purchase and the mechanic I took it too showed me where the leak on the radiator was cleaned with a wire brush to hide the leak, two weeks later I experienced death wobble which was due to blown out ball joints on both front wheels. They “passed” inspection when purchased however according to two separate mechanics, look to have failed long ago..... I understand purchasing a used vehicle opens me up to little things however the fact that I had such significant ones immediately and also was shown visual proof of trying to clean the leaking area to mask the problem seems odd. Deesa , sales person, was great and I enjoyed her assistance however I am not certain that they performed the inspection as promised. It’s a 35k jeep that quickly took another 1500 from my account........ not cool. In hindsite I would probably have kept looking for a low mileage Jeep. More

Watch YOUR BACK!!! My experience was HORRIBLE. Here is my message to Scott Wilkinson (swilkinson@tynansvolkswagen.motosnap.com) General Manager of Tynan Hi Scott, My experience was HORRIBLE. Here is my message to Scott Wilkinson (swilkinson@tynansvolkswagen.motosnap.com) General Manager of Tynan Hi Scott, Your opportunity to earn my business failed short and my whole car buying experience is definitely unforgettable since I feel like I have more or less been stabbed in the back due to the results of the whole situation. I am an internet buyer and was looking to purchase the white pre-owned 2014 Jeep Rubicon and was in conversations with Deesa to finalize details. A Buyers Agreement has been drafted, as attached. Since I am not there on site to directly review the vehicle relative to the information, I had questions. It came down to one last question that I had in regards to the information in the Used Car Packet about the seaping coolant. But I was ready to use my credit card to make a down payment for the vehicle, fly to Denver to finish the purchase, and drive it back to Idaho. My brother lives in the area on 20th street and was going to help transfer me around. The last response about the inquiry never was returned. THe only information I received back late last night was the vehicle was sold right out under my feet. I felt like I was in the driver seat and someone came and pushed my right out to take off with the vehicle and drive it away. A horrible experience. I get these statements from your salesmen that our goal is to show you how buyer-friendly our internet process is and we rely on repeat business and referrals. That information is a crock of xxxx. Here I am 600 + miles away looking to buy a vehicle from you and I get thrown to the sharks. Deesa said it correctly, "we aren't no Ma and Pa shop, we are a corporate business." With all this that occurred, I sure understand that now, where you don't really care about your customers, just the bottom line which is do whatever it takes to get the money. The customer is just a number, probably like your employees. I wasn't even contacted and given a chance to finalize my interest in the vehicle even though I have show the first interest in the vehicle since Friday, Nov 3 and was written a Purchase Aggreement - see attached. How does that make a customer feel valued and respected? The crazy thing is, was Deesa pressured me with this same scenario Friday night saying someone just showed up to test drive the car you better make your decision now. I couldn't get to the phone to finalize details as I was involved in a integration project at work. Somehow it turned out to be my lucky day where the buyer couldn't get financing, so the vehicle was still available. From then I pursued the interest in purchasing it until it was taken out of my control and sold right behind my back. So all this work that Jonathon put into it to work with me and get me lined up is no longer credited to him selling the vehicle, its goes to her because of her sleezy tactics (which is why salesman have such a bad reputation; its people like her that keep the tradition strong and don't make people want to work with them). How is an internet buyer suppose to succeed and have a good experience with a practice like this? I am distance buyer, I can' t see the car so I need verification, it does take some time, but your market is so much larger now. But it won't be successful if the internet buyer is not given any priority over any other buyer. As a General Manager of the company, I hope this situation is taken seriously, reviewed with the Team(s), and changes are made. Brad More
Avoid this dealership What to expect from a place you waste 30 min of your time going to go fill the tank of the car with the salesman, so you can do a test drive? I regret What to expect from a place you waste 30 min of your time going to go fill the tank of the car with the salesman, so you can do a test drive? I regret spending 3 hours of my day at that place. They seem to be super friendly by phone or even when you first get there. But it changes in the first question you make about the deal or numbers you are not so sure about. I guess I have the right of questioning whatever number or deal, especially for such a big investment as a car. The "manager" named Greg Alore and the salesman (who seemed to be super nice at first) started to be super rude when I started questioning about the deal. According to the manager, I should take that deal because that was the best offer I could get from a dealership. I have a good credit score and was looking to trade-in my 2016 car in the SUV. Even though I had to hear from that person: "How many cars could you buy with a credit score like this?" Really? Did you really say it to a costumer? They are the rudest people I have ever encountered at Nissan. They are low-ball for trades and over price their vehicles. Well, how many cars can I buy with a credit score like that? I left that place and traded-in my car in another Nissan dealership. It is so unfortunate costumers have to deal with such leeches! I would never recommend this place to anybody and they will count with my bad review in every website / app I can find their business. I guess this is the only way I can put up for myself after being humiliated. More
