He cared about what he could do to make the experience as pleasant as possible--not resorting to high-pressure techniques or specious reasoning. Terrible Customer Service We bought the car pretty much the same day it was available. We were told to pick it up a few days later. I was under the impression it was to detail the car and look it over. When we got the car it looked just like it did when they brought it in to sell it. The seats were stained and the carpet was too. The engine compartment was filthy as well. Fast forward to the 60 k service. When I called in they automatically put me under the preferred or highest level of service without even asking me what I wanted. So here I was thinking I was getting a standard service but instead I was getting the top one without my knowledge. To me that is shady and bad business. I probably will never bring it back to your service department let alone purchase a new or used car there. More
