Unorganized and unprepared The dealership had a few things to fix on the vehicle before we signed and picked it up. Set an appointment for Saturday morning at 9. The biggest item was repairing a torn seat and we were told it would take a couple of hours. Called around noon and they said it would be ready by 130. Went back at 130, waited another hour and still not ready. Talked to a manager and she said it would definitely be ready at 730. Went back at 730 and still hadn’t started on the paperwork. Sales person didn’t show any features of the car. Didn’t know how many hp it had when asked and got kind of snippy when I tried to get a better deal. Needless to say they didn’t budge much on the price. Tried to say they were only making a thousand on the car when I knew what the guy got that traded it. We also asked for an owners manual and was told they would try but never heard anything more about it. More
