Reliable and provides great continuity of care I have been very satisfied with my service experiences at Tynan's. While the dealership is generally more expensive for major repairs than smaller bus I have been very satisfied with my service experiences at Tynan's. While the dealership is generally more expensive for major repairs than smaller businesses, I think there are some hidden savings with purchase of packages such as there 3 oil changes for $99. Surprisingly, I have found the service staff to be honest and help me find the service options that best meet my budget constraints. Overall, I prefer to come here for the continuity in care of my vehicle rather than to go to Jiffy Lube or other service centers. Also, I have noted that there appears to be less turnover in staff than at other service centers. More
On time and on budget.. I brought my wife's 2001 Exterra in for a grill replacement and they said it would take about 2 hours and it took about 2 hrs. Amazing experience with this dealership since 2013 My son is a Tynan's Nissan customer since 2011 and he gave me a great recommendation for them. He told me that they are very friendly, fair, kind and treat you like a family member. I was not planning to buy or lease an electric car when I visited Tynan' Nissan in one early morning in September 2013. That morning I met with Jordan Michaud, the general sales manager of Tynan's and he gave me such a great deal on leasing my Leaf that I couldn't refuse. After my lease was up in 2016, I decided to buy my Leaf. Jordan again gave me another exceptional deal. I recently learned that Nissan upgraded the Leaf capacity by 50 more miles, so I went to Jordan to reserve my 2018 Leaf. He as always took great care of me. Based on my experience charging my car there often, I have noticed that Tynan's salespeople are very informative, but not pushy. All salespeople treat me with respect and I feel that I am always welcome there. I congratulate Markus Kamm, the Director of Sales of Tynan's for empowering his employees to provide such an excellent customer service. Tynan's Service is another area I would like to elaborate. Under the leadership of Jason Simons, service manager, I have always received a great service at the very reasonable cost. All his staff are kind, courteous, and caring. For example, my car came for service today and Luke Clearwater, the service advisor provided me with truly exceptional service. Based on my positive experience in both sales and service with this dealership, I chose to be the lifelong customer of Tynan's. More

Jason's team in Service department caused damage to new car I took my car for my first service and complained that the radio and nvaigation system had a noise and that the passenger door was whizzing at higher I took my car for my first service and complained that the radio and nvaigation system had a noise and that the passenger door was whizzing at higher speeds on the highway. They did oil change and said nothing was wrong. I took it a second time about the same complain now about 6K miles, they said they checked and test drove the car and nothing was wrong. Well next time I videotaped the 2 issues and took and and they did not want to see it at about 12K as they said the car was out of warranty. I went at forth time and after talking with someone in there they said they were going to order the radio/navigation system and replace it. I took for the replacement last week and they called that the radio had some coins inside and that was causing the issue and that it was going to be $3,000.00, but they were going to fix the door instead. I told Rich that it was not right as I took it several times right after 3K miles and that i was going to complaint to higher management. "Good luck on that" Rich told me. I went to my sales person Bryan and he told hsi manager the issue and his manager told me to call Jason. I just called Jason and said not that even if the navigator and the camera were working before I took it in that it was not their fault and that was caused for the damaged. Now after 6 months of a brand new Nissan Sentra I have a car with NO navigation, NO radio and NO back up camera. I was miss treated and sarcastically Rich told me "good luck on that" I would recommend any customer or potential customer to go to other Nissan dealers so they don't have to deal with an issue like that by Tynan's Nissan Aurora Worst and sarcastic Service department. I am Diego Carrillo and this is a true story and should have kept the Honda line for my personal vehicles as always had great experiences with Mile High Honda. I am so sorry I gave my business to Tynan's Nissan. More
