Positive experience. Above expectations. I stop at the dealership because of special deals they had on their billboards. I went in and briefly talked with Robert Cruz. The reason i purchased my s.u.v. from Robert and Tynans Nissan is only because of the way I was treated by Robert. I had considered other brands and while some of them had comparable features none of them had a Robert Cruz working there. As long as Robert Cruz is selling cars in the metro area. He will always be my sales person even if it isn't a Nissan. I also want to mention that Cara Anderson has done a wonderful and professional job with the after sale follow up. I would highly recommend Robert and this dealership if you are looking for a new car or truck. More
