Purchase process new car We bought a new Nissan Rogue 2017 on December 30, 2917 from Tynan Nissan. The gave USA temporary license plate number that will expire on February 27, We bought a new Nissan Rogue 2017 on December 30, 2917 from Tynan Nissan. The gave USA temporary license plate number that will expire on February 27, 2018. We went to DMV last week & after waiting for more than one hour in line, we were told by DMV that the dealer did’t send them the paper work. We called the dealer & told us that to try after one week. We went to DMV again this morning. Again after spending some time in line, the DMV told us that they have not received the paper work. We are really frustrated & only 5 days remaining for the temporary license to expire. Again we are going to contact the dealer with the hope of resolving the issue Here is another bad frustrating experience with Nissan Tynan concerning the purchase of the car indicated above.. We agreed to buy car security, we made a call for more than one month to Nissan & the vendor responsible for installing the security system. Finally when we left very angry voice message to their finance department, they responded & they install the security system More
Repair Service & Car purchase We took our Nissan Pathfinder 2002 for repair on 12/28/17 & agreed to pay about $180 for diagnostic. Then we received a call from Nissan that they fou We took our Nissan Pathfinder 2002 for repair on 12/28/17 & agreed to pay about $180 for diagnostic. Then we received a call from Nissan that they found the problem & the service charge is $523. We told them our agreement for the service. Then we received another call and they ask us for additional $2,200 for repair. We say NO for this repair and forced us to pay the $523 for nothing. We found our car in a worst condition and we trade it to buy a new car. Even though we complain to Nissan Tynan's in person, over the phone. and by writing on their web side.
