Oil Change & Tire Rotation Although it’s posted that it was not necessary to have an appointment, I made one in hopes that my car would be a priority. I arrived on time and asked how long they thought it would take so I could decide whether to hang around or not. I was told a little over 1 hour. It was exactly 2 hours to get my car serviced. It only had 4800 miles so I know there weren’t any extra services that need to be done. It did not seem to be very busy in there so I really didn’t understand why it took so long. And no one ever came out to let me know it would take additional time. More

Great Experience, fast and painless! I reached out to Tynan's via a website and submitted an inquiry on a Nissan Rogue. I knew I was upside down on my current vehicle but needed to get I reached out to Tynan's via a website and submitted an inquiry on a Nissan Rogue. I knew I was upside down on my current vehicle but needed to get out of my lease with a lower payment. I spoke with a manager (Robert) and let him know what my goals were (payment wise) and he started working on numbers before I even went by to visit them.. I took a test drive, discussed numbers, left for an appointment (in the Rogue) and by time I came back everything was pretty much finalized. All I had to do was sign. My Nissan Rogue was clean and filled with gas. I must of been so excited I forgot to clean out the storage in the armrest, I called Gary and he took my stuff out and set it aside for me to pick up. Great experience, it really was painless. Oh an by the way, Gary made sure I knew how to operate all the interior bells and whistles and he even set up my iPhone. I would recommend and definitely would go back. More
