I had to wait a few days before I could get the new car, due to insurance questions, and Jordan arranged for a loaner car to use after insurance stopped paying for my rental. When I went back to purchase my new 2018 Rogue, Brian had it all ready to go. The only thing I had to wait on was the finance guy. I've been coming to this service center since August, 2011. Every time when I come Jason and Lukas treat me like a close friend. But here was moment I couldn't understand. I was at waiting area and Lukas came up to me to tell me what must be done for my car for better performance. I fully trust Lukas. I don't understand why I should know what must be done before it is done? By mind according Lukas and Jason attention and advice I must see paper work what was done just before I pay. What do I mean is if Lukas tells me something must be done, I can not tell him NO, Don't do it. I trust Lukas, I trust Jason, My safety, my car condition depends on Lukas advice and mechanic who provides service, and if something must be done, I believe I must not approve proposal work. This work must be done I'm really appreciated Jason and Lukas, because I have people I trust, because they keep my car in good shape, Finally my safety, my life (when I drive) depends on their service.
