The staff is friendly and knowledged about the products they offer to us as consumers. Nissan america should award them for their strong commitment to the brand name because the nissan brand has left a sour taste in my mouth and this dealership has went beyound the call of duty for nissan america to correct problems they had no fault in. They fixed my car when no other nisssan dealer in denver could which left me wondering why? the short answer is they care about the customer experience even if Nissan America dosent. If you are a nissan owner or looking to buy one in the denver area please only deal with tynans I wish I had this information before I purchased from autonation nissan arapohoe. Thank you tynans staff for a tailored experience that made me know you cared about me as a customer and person in general. smiles More

Too bad vehicles in two weeks time Initially I was not going to post a review on tynan's Nissan but after all the xxxx I've gone through with the vehicles I've gotten from them the last Initially I was not going to post a review on tynan's Nissan but after all the xxxx I've gone through with the vehicles I've gotten from them the last couple weeks here's my review that's on their website I bought a van from them and had two cracks in the transmission so instead of just trading me Vehicles because I was supposed to leave the state they decide to put in another transmission of course it took them another week to get it in and put it in the vehicle so I was stuck in Colorado when I was supposed to have been gone the previous week the transmission they put in was faulty so they finally traded me vehicles. The next vehicle did get me to my destination but one week after getting here the alternator and battery went bad so buyer beware also I did put a call into mr. Tynan who never bothered to return my call I thought long and hard about putting a review but I just don't want someone else to go through the hassles I had to and the money that I had to put out for this More
