Allen came up to us to ask if he could help, and we told him we were just in for service. . . . My husband then said, "if you can take that car and trade it for a new one with the same payment, we can talk." When the statement was made, it was a joke, but Allen responded with a smile, "I think we can do that!" Everyone at Two Rivers was friendly, and they were able to anticipate questions and concerns. I joked with Allen that my thinking was adversely affected because I was blind with hunger; however, the truth is, my experience was so great that, had I not just looked at the time, I would not have even noticed that it was dinnertime. This site has asked for me to check the specific employees with whom I worked. I have specifically named Allen here, but everyone working at Two Rivers Ford on Wednesday 17 July was wonderful--I cannot remember the name of the finance associate, but he was great also! In previous experiences at other dealerships, other sales associates are completely aloof bordering on unpleasant, but this is not the case at Two Rivers Ford. Everyone was kind and friendly. I look forward to working with Two Rivers Ford in the future. More

I know a lot of people complain that they don't trust mechanics but I trust Charles and recommend him to anyone who says that. I just bought a new Escape from John Q and am just as delighted with the follow up service as I was with my Expedition. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about both men. More

If there ever is a problem, their motto is "The customer is always right." The service manager is always available to address any complaints that I may have, even it it means calling the factory, FORD MOTOR is always right." The service manager is always available to address any complaints that I may have, even it it means calling the factory, FORD MOTOR COMPANY. The service department has taken care of a problem that occurred shortly after the warranty expired because they felt that it was a factory defect. They stated that the part failed prematurely, that it should have lasted much longer. I know of no other dealer/service department that would admit that a part failed "before it's time" and correct the problem without having the customer pay for the repair that was out of warranty. Please note, I have purchased several new cars over the years. More so than average. More
