Just a follow up: I received a call today from the dealership. I spoke with a service advisor, NOT a manager (who happened to have the same last name as the person I originally had complaints about). I found this to be in poor taste. He defended the actions of his father and used circular arguments to justify the dealerships poor performance. He then HUNG UP ON ME!
