Stated "we might have been able to cover the starter" I wrote my review bc I had a $600 repair week which included brake pads, battery and tow, parts and labor for the starter., in less than 60 days of purchase! My first complaint was the hood doesnt even stay up! No response to that either! From the start no return emails, or phone messages that were left! Communication is key. Was told "I purchased" an extended warranty as well? Really! They knew exactly what they were selling me. Their laughing at my expense. More

I have purchased from a GMC dealer in Cleveland and my experience there was stellar! This one pure and simple was nothing but a disappointing experience. More
No title after 60 days from purchase date No phone calls to customer, had to call dealership 4 times and still no answers on where our title is. Our bank has even made multiple attempts with no response. A dealership has 30 days to get a title to you. Our car has been sitting in the garage and undrivable since our temporary has expired. The dealership has made no attempt to rectify this with us... won’t even give us the full name and contact number of the person who in charge of obtaining titles at Twins Buick dealership.....say they don’t know?? Really? Had to call multiple people to find out what was going on since the dealership would not help us. BMV, BBB, Lending bank, Attorney Generals office. All of this could have been avoided if they would have contacted us and tried to rectify/assist. I was put on hold 2 times and when told the title person was out of meeting and I could speak with her....the transfer went to voicemail. When I questioned if car was stolen or we were being scammed, their was absolutely no reassurance that this was not the case. Spent all day on the phone with people doing their job only to find out the dealership has never had titleship...and we are 60 days out from purchase....which is illegal. More
Maintenance Mechanics are Morons I have been searching for an older Corolla for my elderly mother who does not drive much. I called the dealership about one in stock. I had a decent d I have been searching for an older Corolla for my elderly mother who does not drive much. I called the dealership about one in stock. I had a decent drive to view the vehicle and asked a staff member to lay eyes on it and find out more. I told her I was most interested in it mechanically and what was done to it She assured me it had gone through a multi-point inspection or they would not be selling it. It also had a good car fax that the dealership called "THE CLEANEST CAR FAX in town!" It showed no accidents as well. I spoke to the dealership the next day, pictures were sent of the inside (where there were cigarette burns) and I was assured it was in detail and not on the lot yet but it would be cleaned up before we came for our appointment. We picked up my mother (who won't drive in a big city and drove to Columbus. During our test drive, we noticed a funny noise at the right front tire area. We noticed it had been in an obvious accident in that area. On our drive, we also found that the right rear passenger window would not roll up after we put it down. A basic safety check is supposed to require that it is done, let along a multi-point inspection. The Car Fax said the dealership had cleaned the air filter-not true. The engine and transmission sounded good so we brought it home because we know how to work on Toyota cars. My husband calls me as he is following me and tells me my right rear taillight is not working. I texted the salesperson at the dealership to tell him and question the reliability of their multi-point check when taillights are just part of a safety inspection. Ten minutes into the drive home the digital clock in the car disappeared and no longer showed the time. tAfter getting home and looking under the hood with a shop light, we found many things. The windshield washer fluid was low and drained right out under the car when we added it (Cracked) in the area of the car where an unreported accident happened. The right front headlight was strapped in with a tie strap in the same area. The wheel well in that area is strapped on and not clipped. More importantly, the battery was not held in place with anything in the engine. There was no strap whatsoever. This is completely unsafe. Then, my husband took out the glove box (one side of it was broken) and pulled out the cabin air filter and it was completely filthy. I can't believe that a dealership cannot take care of major fixes and that their mechanics did not notice these on inspection. Changing filters is a routine fix and should have already been done, let alone a taillight. They only pulled up the back window and would not fix the motor because it would cost them too much. I am fearful of what else we may find when we raise up the car and look under the strapped on wheel well. The dealership also showed that an oil change had been done but there is a blue filter visible. Toyota cars do not use blue filters so now we are going to have to redo the oil and filter change, as well. Ridiculous! Also, I forgot to mention that the sales manager was not there when we arrived. He had forgotten his phone at home so a salesperson ended up going to find the car we were scheduled to see and washed it when he saw it because it was so dirty and had not been in detail to get cleaned up at all. Then, when the sales manager did arrive, he never came to speak to us at all. I know we were not spending a lot on the car but basic safety should have been covered and common courtesy is expected. Megan in service is a liar. Worst customer service experience ever. After taking my vehicle to the dealership for repairs on recalls and to diagnose why my vehicle wouldn't start Worst customer service experience ever. After taking my vehicle to the dealership for repairs on recalls and to diagnose why my vehicle wouldn't start, I got stranded on the road not 24 hours after picking up my car. When I called back to ask why they didn't test my alternator, she said the only thing they found wrong with the vehicle starting was the battery terminal and that she is not allowed to test aftermarket parts. After speaking with her manager, he informed me that she did in fact test my alternator, knew it was bad, but no one ever told me. More
