I tried to buy a used 2017 Cadillac ATS there after finding it online. I made an appointment on Thursday to see it and drive it on Monday morning at 9:15 AM. On Saturday, I get a reminder of of our meeting on Monday at 1:15 PM. I quickly remind them that the scheduled time is 9:15AM. I get there and the salesman is 10 minutes late. He goes to get the car out of the lot and says sorry it took so long, I had to put some air in the tires. I drive the car and it vibrates at 65MPH. I drive back and look it over and it is absolutely filthy. Especially under the hood. I tell him during negotiations that it needs new tires, at minimum, balanced and check for perhaps a bent rim. That the car needs a complete detail including wash, wax, interior, trunk and engine compartment. After hearing this sales person break promise after promise, telling me lie after lie, giving me the old standard used car salesman lines like, "better hurry, someone else is on the way" and finally ghosting me, I gave up and bought elsewhere. The absolute worst salesperson I've ever had the dis-pleasure of trying to deal with. I don't know if it was just him or the entire company culture, but I'll certainly never be back and I would encourage anyone else to turn and run. What a xxxx show. I'm giving 1 star because I don't have to option of giving no stars on this review board. More

I requested more detailed pictures that were not offered on the site. The rep I talked to was pleasant to correspond with but I was patient as this was the first time I've even ever considered buying a vehicle out of state sight unseen. I talked with them starting on a Tuesday, all I needed were the pictures and the final numbers with warranty included. Everything seemed fine until that Friday when they contacted me telling me they sold the vehicle. I asked why "first come first served" didn't apply in this case and the attitude changed more to a "oh well, that's your problem" kind of tone and told me someone else had the keys so they couldn't take the pictures. Being out of state is already a disadvantage I get it, but they should have let that other customer know they were working on a deal with a customer and if the deal fell through then they would contact them. It was an absolute disappointment. I was even going to pay for it in full so we wouldn't have to go through all of the financing b.s. Luckily I won't have to deal with them again. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. More
