I was happy with the service I received. I wish I had known my car could only be started from my phone app, and not my key fob, BEFORE I purchased it. I definitely would had purchased one with remote sta known my car could only be started from my phone app, and not my key fob, BEFORE I purchased it. I definitely would had purchased one with remote start on key fob from the get go. Instead, I had to bring it back in and pay to get it installed on my key fobs. I'm happy to have it all done now!
