We first visited Twin City last fall to inquire about the new Crown which replaced the Ava We recently purchased a short in supply 2024 Toyota Crown. We first visited Twin City last fall to inquire about the new Crown which replaced the Avalon starting in 2023. Ms. Scheffler, Sales Consultant, took time to review the features of the Crown with us even though Twin City had none to sell at the time. She took our information and called us when the Crown’s finally arrived. She went out of her way to keep in touch with us over several months until we finally decided to purchase a Crown in February of 2024. The contact was very low key, no pressure. When we finally decided to buy, she thoroughly reviewed the cars features both before the sale and after the sale was finalized. Mr. Echols, Business Manager, was able to get us financing that was better than our Banks. There was no high pressure selling, simply good customer service. More
