"Great Vehicle, Great Price & Great People" After a string of bad events, including the total loss of my vehicle (ughh); I searched and test drove multiple used vehicles that would fit my needs After a string of bad events, including the total loss of my vehicle (ughh); I searched and test drove multiple used vehicles that would fit my needs for about three weeks. If you are like me, I hate buying cars purely because of the sharks smelling blood in the water, hassle & back and forth negotiations on a vehicle that is over priced or not what it claimed to be. I spotted a vehicle that I thought would almost be too good to be true at Twin City Toyota. I reached out to them to set up a test drive. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by some of the best people in the business - Jim Kelly, Tammy Neiter & Steve Tindall. They knew who I was when I arrived, were actually excited to meet me and had the vehicle cleaned up and ready to go. (Very personable.) The vehicle was cleaner than any of the other four of the same model that I previously looked at and was considerably lower priced. The vehicle was everything they claimed it to be. It drove great and had a minor ding that was fixed within three days prior to my purchase. Unlike other local American dealerships I visited, they DID NOT HESITATE to thank me for my service for being a Veteran and offered a discount due to the fact. That's right, on a used vehicle... I was very impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. Tammy & the team were outstanding to work with and not pushy at all. GREAT JOB TWIN CITY TOYOTA!!!! Other dealerships advertised cars but expected us to drive over 2 hours just to talk pricing. Aaron estimated trade in value on our current car & offered an exceptional deal for our new toyota. I drove over 2.5 hours to his dealership, all the paperwork was completed & ready for me to sign & drive 2.5 hours home in my new car. I would highly recommend Aaron Davis & Twin City Toyota! More

A Long But Very Pleasant Business Transaction We weren't sure we were going to purchase a new Highlander when we walked in to the showroom. However, we had done a good deal of research on the SUV We weren't sure we were going to purchase a new Highlander when we walked in to the showroom. However, we had done a good deal of research on the SUV already and knew it was the one for us (we had had one in the past and were very pleased with it). We found a salesman and started talking about a Limited that we wanted to tryout. We were able to test drive it and did like it a bunch. However, with it being a used vehicle we could not come to an agreement on the price. We then looked at another Highlander, came to an agreeable price and bought it. We have not regretted it at all. Our salesman was very nice and funny. The whole process did take much longer than we expected (not sure the reasoning) which is the only downfall to this purchase. More
