When I called Sandy Turner for an appointment, she recognized my name right away! Why? Sandy had called me on my birthday for the past seventeen (17) years! When I visited Sandy at Twin City Toyota, it was like meeting an old friend. She was so glad to see me! She was friendly, professional, and very patient with a person who knew little about new car technologies. She knew EVRYTHING about the Camry! Initially they did not have exactly the vehicle that we wanted, but she worked to find it - other dealers only seemed to want to sell us what was on their lot. She was also easy to work with on the price - one dealer much closer to where we live wouldn't budge from the sticker. Sandy just made the whole process simple and enjoyable.
