Our service man Kris introduced us to Bobby Pirtle who was very knowledgeable about the 2018 and 2019 RAV4's. We did not feel any pressure at all, he answered all of our questions and after I took a RAV4 on the lot for a test drive, Bobby encouraged me to test drive the show room RAV4 which was the one we were interested in and eventually bought.
