I felt hounded and pressured, and at one place wasn't even told the price of the car until I was there a 1/2 hour! None of that happened at Twin City! The prices are clearly listed right on the car. Dan Barone was an excellent sales person. He was very knowledgeable about Subarus, and he made me feel at home and relaxed. I never felt pressured to buy this car, or consider buying a new car instead of the used car. Desmond Culcleasure was great too, taking his time with me when we sat to discuss financing. He greeted us with a smile and listened in detail to the the car we were looking for, a white WRX Premium. They had ad a silver WRX and Mike went in and got keys and we took it for a ride. It was very similar to the white GT we had purchased from Twin City in 2005. After the ride, we sat down with Mike to see if there was a white WRX available but there was none to be found. We then ordered what we wanted from Mike and it was delivered the end of August. Mike called us right away! We then had a few extra things done to the car which Mike handled for us promptly. We had a great experience with Mike Hassett and would recommend him for your next car purchase. Thank you Mike for making this an enjoyable experience! More

Then, he found a used Forester on the lot that met my criteria . There was no pressure, no sleazy gimmicks. In fact, Joe used the best sales tactic of all times: Being a genuine and a nice guy.
