Andy Xapsos was incredibly helpful and efficient with us when my daughter leased her car with him. He was so good about keeping an eye on our time so the process was efficient and our wait times minimal. We when my daughter leased her car with him. Buy and/or service your car somewhere else. Nightmare. My daughters car had an engine recall on it - sat in the lot for 8-10 months before finally getting the new engine (1 year and a half ago) Nightmare. My daughters car had an engine recall on it - sat in the lot for 8-10 months before finally getting the new engine (1 year and a half ago). Two weeks ago, the new engine caught on fire with my daughter, baby granddaughter, and daughters boyfriend driving in the car. I have yet to hear back from anyone and have left several messages. I will be finding an attorney next. More
