We picked our Kona up on a Thursday and he made sure he was there even though I knew he had to have switched his off day with another day and was there through the entire process while foregoing his lunch time. Well done Corie your professionalism made what has been a less than wonderful experience in past purchases and very pleasant buying time. Thank you. My car died in Pigeon Forge and AAA towed it here Thursday. Unfortunately for us, they were so busy that I did know what was wrong with the car until Friday. But they found the part, a starter, & got Thursday. Unfortunately for us, they were so busy that I did know what was wrong with the car until Friday. But they found the part, a starter, & got it FedX’d from Texas. By Monday morning, my car was fixed so we could return to FL, where we live. Thankfully my car was under warranty, so I did not pay anything for the starter to be replaced. Everyone was very polite and friendly: from the first phone call with Chris in service to the middle calls via Jennifer who handled those calls to the last call with Mike who called me Monday with the good news. If I relocate to TN to be closer to my friends, THIS will be the Hyundai dealership that I patronize. More

Our car is in the diagnostic phase, and we are certain that the team will diagnose the problem efficiently as well as correctly.
