Mechanic wasn’t good at his job. I had to make two trips because he didn’t check out my brake caliper. My total bill was over $2000 dollars. We we’re there for 3 hours for a oil change and replace the bulbs in my fog lights When I made my appointment I said I needed my fog light bulbs changed They only had one bulb and had to go fast tract t the bulbs in my fog lights When I made my appointment I said I needed my fog light bulbs changed They only had one bulb and had to go fast tract the other one I would have thought they would have made sure before my appointment that they had the parts I have been bringing my jeep in for 9 years and this was the worst service experience I have ever had The only good thing about the whole experience is that they didn’t charge us for the service If it wasn’t for the warranty I probably would never come back for any service More

They located a radiator and had it installed by a master mechanic as fast as they could. In addition, they also personally helped to move our daughter into her dormitory with all of her belongings on a Saturday afternoon because we were without a car. Originally brought my ‘14 Durango in for a recall. I asked the service tech to have a salesman look into what my vehicle might look like as far as trade in value.
