I haven't been to this dealership since they voided my lifetime warranty. 2013 caravan with 75000 miles. Today I thought I'll give them a chance with a oil change. Three hours later I'm told my tires are lifetime warranty. 2013 caravan with 75000 miles. Today I thought I'll give them a chance with a oil change. Three hours later I'm told my tires are missing three lug nuts and the tires have uneven wear and need an alignment. I just had my vehicle aligned and the tires have less than 10,000 miles on them! They didn't even notice the engine light was on! Then they charged me $109.00 for the oil change! Shame on them. Never again! More

Typical dealership. I talked to the internet department, then went in and talked to the sales person, they both gave me the same price. Once we completed loan work the m I talked to the internet department, then went in and talked to the sales person, they both gave me the same price. Once we completed loan work the manager came over with a bill that was $4000 more than previously discussed. Once I told them (not so nicely) that I was paying that and I was leaving, the price came back down to the originally discussed price. Cameron was good, and Matt the finance guy was good. They didn’t fill up the tank and detail the interior when given the time to do so like they said they would. So that wasn’t great. More
