Although we started out with a very favorable pre-and during-sale experience, our post-sale experience has been dismal. In late May we bought a new 2023 Charger 345 R/T for my wife - she has always wa during-sale experience, our post-sale experience has been dismal. In late May we bought a new 2023 Charger 345 R/T for my wife - she has always wanted a Charger, Powder Blue, since high school, and with the passing of my Mother in Dec., my inheritance now permitted me to buy her one, and they had it, in Powder Blue! We ordered non-std options like leather and tinted windows. As it turns out, they sub this work out and is not done by them, so we brought the car back a few weeks later once the leather interior came in, they gave us a loaner, and explained how the outside firm would come get the car, install the leather, and return it. The next day we were told to come get the car. When we got there, we were asked to look the car over, and we immediately noticed a gouge, not scratch, in the drivers door; clearly someone hit it either removing the old seat or installing the new ones. We pointed this out to our salesman, Ryan, who promised that Tutton would make it right. It also turns out that they do not have their own body shop nor paint facility, just a "floating" touchup guy that is only there a couple days a week from 9-12. We were told to bring the car back on one of the two days he was there, and it would be taken care of. Twice we rode the 1.25 one-way trip to them, and twice there were excuses as to why they could not do it. Eventually we did get in, and the "paint" guy said that he could not fix that, that it gouged the metal, best he could do is see that it did not rust, and patch it best he could. He also said he did not have the correct color of paint...factory paint. So instead of sending it to body shop, he tried to repair it, and now it is not only not repaired, its a different color. Naturally I hit the roof. Calls to these people is a nightmare, and once I got ahold of someone, they immediately went to hem-hawing about, and so I knew what was to come, and it did. After 5 days of no call backs and trying to get them schedule body service, for damage that happened while in their possession, or in possession of their assignees, they called and said that "management" had round-tabled and did not see how this damage was their fault, alluding that it was the leather companies fault, which it may have been, but that is between them and the leather company. It may just as well have been Tutton that did it for all I know. So they are REFUSING to fix my wifes brand new car that was damaged while in their possession or that of their assignees. They KNOW that they will lose in a court of law, and are gambling I will not do that....I will. It is unbelievable that they would risk litigation and reputation for such a minor thing. I was also talking via FB to one of their tractor salesmen ( we are in need of a tractor ). I will now be buying that somewhere else. Post sales quality - "F" More

On julyh 24th I left my ram to get fix from a turbo they promise that the truck will be ready on the same week that they have the turbo ready on wendsday and by friday the 29th will be ready. I got a call on wendsday 26th from Mr. Dalton and say that they dont the tubo and it will take till next tuesday august 2nd, I call tuesday and they dont know where the turbo is but the ETA change now is wendsday the 3rth i call wendsday and they say the ETA change to thusday the 4th i went to talk to them on Friday and it change now they dont know an ETA and they still have no clue where the turbo is and I need to talk to chrysler because at that point they dont know where the turbo is and nither is chrysler. I tell the lady at front that i need to talk to a supervisor or manager and even from them I got no call to make an appoiment and find out where is the turbo im realy disappoited on how the dealer is handle this situation. is hard to understand that when you order something expensive as a turbo and you dont have a track number and or way to know when you will have it. I can buy a $5.00 dollar item on Amazon And get a track number now is monday august 7th and still wating. More
Bought a 2017 used Cadillac car. They wrote down 600 miles lower than it actually was using mileage from paper key holder. After an appointment, I Drove car 2 hours to service dept without any ac/heat to clear windows that were fogged over while driving in rain. Service dept Checked, Advised and set up for me to drive to 2 1/2 hours back to Athens Ga to Cadillac Dealership, again no heat, no air and messages appearing on screen! The bad warranty sold to us from Jasper Jeep refused to cover replacement on a faulty water coolant outlet. This Athens dealership said they had Never had anyone to turn down a warranty for this part! This was a first! Called and talked with Gen manager twice, He wanted me to drive back again 2 1/2 hours to Jasper in hot car, no ac working. After speaking twice to him to get things set up, he was suppose to return call instead never returned calls and would not answered any messages. Had to pay for service and parts from my own pocket in Athens Dealership. No Trust in this dealership! If you buy used, check your mileage!!! Better off keeping your $3500 for a no good bogus warranty. Better than that, shop elsewhere where they actually care and will really help! More

He said he can’t take a deposit unless there’s a credit application that’s placed, to which I agreed and said “ please don’t run my credit and give the car away” Well guess what ?? This scam dealership RAN MY CREDIT, and then told me it’s being sold to someone else. I can’t stand having my credit run for no reason, and then get scammed out of a car. They have NO INTEGRITY, and would rather make more money selling to someone else ( even though I was paying their full asking price) Classy business people wouldn’t have made me put in an application and then sell to someone else. Stay away from these liars!! More

Our RAM 2500 developed a problem with the air blower, and we were scheduled to drive 7 hours the next day for the Thanksgiving holiday.
