Jasper Jeep was a great place to do business. Sadly, Tutton bought a "golden egg" and shot it right out their butt. Incomplete service performed on my 2016 75th Anniversary Jeep Wrangler and when I r Tutton bought a "golden egg" and shot it right out their butt. Incomplete service performed on my 2016 75th Anniversary Jeep Wrangler and when I requested the $150.00 labor charge refunded because I would have to take another day and a 75 mile round-trip drive to go back to complete the service. I was told the "Operations Manager" was the only one authorized to credit my charge. No response, no call back and no further business from me. Also I am charging back the $150.00 labor charge on my credit card. The service advisor staff was super nice. However it is obvious the management is unconcerned with poor service and a very unhappy customer. More

They showed a car in stock and took $1,000 deposit and informed me that car wasn’t in stock and then tried to push me on multiple different cars and I kept requesting to cancel the order and it is over 3 informed me that car wasn’t in stock and then tried to push me on multiple different cars and I kept requesting to cancel the order and it is over 3 weeks and they still won’t return my deposit. After literally spending thousands of dollars (I have receipts) on a vibration issue that originated during the powertrain warranty period, they were not able to resolve the issue. They then stated that it was a design issue with the truck and that all of them apparently vibrate at highway speeds (even though the issue did not start until the truck, a Ram 2500, had approximately 70,000 miles). They refused to cover it under warranty even though I had receipts indicating the issue originated well within the warranty period (the truck currently has approximately 123,000 miles). More
