Great experience Well our journey started looking for car back in December. We talked to Jose who was amazing felt like we had known him forever. Was not pushy at all told him what we were looking for what our budget was and he was trying to do his best to help us. although it took us a few months to get the right deal we wanted we even looked at other dealerships but just didn’t like them. Jose has to be one of the best salesman that we’ve ever encountered. I would highly recommend this this dealership and for you to go talk to Jose. He ended up being like a friend to us not just a sales person always looking out for us texting back-and-forth over the last two months when we were looking for a car. Loose Bolts A 2014 Ford Fusion SE, with 28, 325 miles. Yes, 28,325.... After THREE (3) windshields, TWO (2) Recalls, Motor Mounts, and NOW, the AC blows warm air; A 2014 Ford Fusion SE, with 28, 325 miles. Yes, 28,325.... After THREE (3) windshields, TWO (2) Recalls, Motor Mounts, and NOW, the AC blows warm air; good thing I purchased that $2,370 Extended Warranty!!!!!! So, 8 hours later, and a $149 diagnostic charge, it's A LOOSE BOLT? SO, I pay a $100 deductible, IF the AC compressor is bad, OR, $149 for a LOOSE BOLT? I'm curious, how many BOLTS are on this car? Are there regularly scheduled BOLT inspections listed in the owners manual? Is there yet another recall pending for LOOSE BOLTS? Is there a warranty that covers... LOOSE BOLTS? The things that make you go, Hmmmmm... Mercedes, or Volvo? More

No product knowledge with lack of service I have two ford products that I bought there and the service and knowledge of the vehicles are not that of a Lexus dealership as a comparison. The most recent I tried to make an appointment online when that didn’t work I called to find no one answered and it took me approximately 15 miinutes to make appointment. I came in with no one waiting for me. I spoke to someone about my hatch back problem and he said it would cost $140 to find out what it was without even going out to the car to clearly understand the problem. Left with the car to be ready in a few hours. I called in 6 hours and spoke to Ssrvice writer and she said the car wasn’t ready and I said I made an appointment and she said the appointment was when I was to bring the car in not when we are to start. I lost it with her and also for having lack of knowledge. Ps my problem was not resolved. Also this visit was typical of my past ones More
