With my 2 most recent visits to this dealership, both times my different vehicles (Explorer ST & F150) were delivered with physical damages. The problem is that I didn’t fully notice either until getting times my different vehicles (Explorer ST & F150) were delivered with physical damages. The problem is that I didn’t fully notice either until getting home (as the service drop-off/pick-up area has an overhang with dim lighting). Although both were minor, either the lot porters or mechanics were not careful when parking/moving my vehicles. Regarding the Explorer ST, I dropped it off for a standard oil change. Upon receiving the vehicle, everything appeared fine and at one point another car drove by where their headlights shined my front bumper. I caught a brief glimpse of scratches all over that corner (as if someone rubbed that area when moving the vehicle). Of course I couldn’t see it without good lighting (the scratches were not deep, but lightly scuffed). I didn’t bother bringing it up to them at the time because I’ve already waited a long time (nearly 30 minutes) from the time I handed my receipt to the lot porter to get my SUV. Eventually, I paid a detailer to buff out the scratches. As for my recent visit last week with the F150, it had various issues (powertrain, mechanical, and electronics) but they couldn’t find a problem. So they kept my truck for 3 days and only did an oil change. And upon receiving my truck, I discovered a door ding on my front driver side fender. I couldn’t tell at the time of delivery due to the poorly lit area under the overhang, but the moment I arrived home (keep in mind this was on a sunny Friday around 12 noon), at certain angles the dent stuck out like an eyesore. Again, I didn’t bother informing them because I already had a sour experience during this visit with my incompetent service advisor (who kept the truck for 3 days without correcting the 2 pending check engine codes, completely ignoring my squealing brakes concerns, not documenting my problem with the “WIRELESS” Apple CarPlay cutting off, causing the radio’s display to completely go black and become unresponsive until the truck turns off/back on, and the biggest problem being that the truck shudders/stutters/hesitates/chokes when going up inclines/hills). I verified the codes were not cleared, and the check engine light came back the next day. As for the Apple CarPlay, the service advisor didn’t emphasize the “WIRELESS” feature, so of course the mechanic didn’t find a problem; the difference is they disabled the wireless feature, so I would just use wired CarPlay. Overall, I’m not happy with this dealership - and not to mention a couple years ago they “lost” my Explorer ST one time; they brought up a different Explorer (base XLT but in the same color) and were puzzled when I immediately told them that’s not my vehicle. I waited over 60 min until they finally found it. Dan Schmidt was able to address this problem at the time, but I’m starting to lose faith that my vehicles will come back with careless damage once in their possession. More

Okay I call three time left messages for my Lincoln mxz for service schedule. No one call I personally went on Saturday 7th May and talk to Paul Parsons and he say that Shawn will call me. As of Today Tues for service schedule. No one call I personally went on Saturday 7th May and talk to Paul Parsons and he say that Shawn will call me. As of Today Tuesday no one call. So I dont know how can I do my Lincoln car service. I hope some call and schedule my services. Thank you More
Took my New truck in for an idle issue, took a whole week to get it back and still has issues, plus they gave it back with scratches which were done by there mechanics. Took a diesel truck in for a oil change it took two days. With and appointment then they wanted to upstate and keep it for another day or two to change the coolest. $200.00. After working with a dealer, we found the vehicle we wanted at Tuttle and requested a transfer. Tuttle first approved the transfer and then said it had sold. We chatted online with a rep that said it wa wanted at Tuttle and requested a transfer. Tuttle first approved the transfer and then said it had sold. We chatted online with a rep that said it was there and ready for us to come in and take a look. They then said there was too much interest in the vehicle. They lied and jerked us around for days. Horrible service. We will wait and get this vehicle anywhere else than Tuttle! More
