I called to either make an appointment to bring in my vehicle because I felt a little sticking on the accelarator. I was on hold for more than 15 minutes because their Service Department picked up. Whe vehicle because I felt a little sticking on the accelarator. I was on hold for more than 15 minutes because their Service Department picked up. When Dan answered the call and I told him that I want to bring in my car for the recall, he transferred me to an answering machine so I can leave my information. What if something happens to this car and my family before the return my call? When I bought my car over a year ago at this location, they did not transfer me to an answering machine and now that they have to fix the car, no one wants to speak with me anymore. More
I stopped by this dealer yesterday with my 1995 GMC van with 212,000 miles. I have been in the market for a new vehicle for a while and I was thinking about donating this vehicle to charity for the tax wr with 212,000 miles. I have been in the market for a new vehicle for a while and I was thinking about donating this vehicle to charity for the tax write-off. My wife calls the van the “beast” and she refused to drive it. Her birthday is on Friday and I wanted to surprise her with a new car. She told me that she liked the RAV-4 Sport. I spoke with the salesman, Mike Momeyz and he showed me the RAV-4. He took the time and really went the extra mile to help me. I decided to purchase the car and he took me inside. This part I hate. He asked me if I would be financing the car and I told him that I would look at the payments first. He told me that there were some special incentives along with some more cash back from Toyota. I told him that I would put $5000 down and for him to show me monthly payments. He came back and told me that I qualified for 3.9% for 60 months and the payment would be about $400 per month. He then asked me if I was trading in anything. I started too laugh and I told him I could trade in the “Beast”. He said that would be fine and asked me if I heard of the “Cash for Clunkers” program. I told him no. He explained that my vehicle qualified me for a voucher from the government of $4500 that can be applied to the purchase of the vehicle. I could not believe that he would do that. The payments almost dropped by $50 per month. I know that I have been rambling , but to make it short, I think that Mike Momyez and this dealer are awesome to work with. Forget all of the negatives, find the best salesman and you will be happy!! More
I called up Tustin Toyota's internet department to avoid the price haggling that comes with buying a car. I want to buy a 2009 Toyota Camry Hyrbid and offered a price which April Conner accepted. I told her the price haggling that comes with buying a car. I want to buy a 2009 Toyota Camry Hyrbid and offered a price which April Conner accepted. I told her I'll be there the next day to buy the car and then she stated that it would be her day off but she will leave instructions to her associate Jose Hidalgo who will handle the transaction for her. The next day, 5 hours earlier that our appointment, I dropped by the dealership to inspect the car. I met with Jose Hidalgo and he stated that we have an existing agreement already. I told him that I will be back with my trade-in car for the 'cash for clunkers' program in the afternoon. When I went back in the afternoon, imagine my disappointment when Jose informed that the car that I am buying has been sold. These people are xxxxxxxx, they do not value other people's time and they do not honor agreements. More
I bought a used car in 2007. Originally, it was $12,000, but the finance dept. (some guy by the last name F. Moyameh? called me after a week and told me my car loan was not approved. He lied to me, found me but the finance dept. (some guy by the last name F. Moyameh? called me after a week and told me my car loan was not approved. He lied to me, found me a higher interest at a bank of his choice, and I ended up with a total of $15,000. It turned out that after a month I called my credit union and asked them why I was denied the loan. They had approved my loan!!!! for the $12,000. I came in as a single woman, and I feel they took advantage of me. By the way I am a university professor and most of my colleagues buy Toyotas. For sure, I would not recommend them Tustin Toyota. They stayed up waited for me to arrive - I couldn't find my title to my trade in car and they worked with me. I told them which car I wanted, how much I wanted for my trade in and what I was going to pay. I my title to my trade in car and they worked with me. I told them which car I wanted, how much I wanted for my trade in and what I was going to pay. I already had my financing done w/another source. They agreed right away; only thing was I had to take my 2nd choice in color if I wanted to drive away that night and pay lower than dealer invoice on my car choice (Avalon).Car was great -I did my research though and drove several cars in the days before at other lots. I researched what a fair trade in value was from kelly Blue Book and Edmunds. No hassle.Only the paperwork took while - even though I had financing I still had to do a credit app(not too happy about that) because they explained I could only drive off w/Toyota financing (since I was paying with check from financing source and not cash) and it was after closing hours. I invested in the additional warranty since I plan to keep my Avalon for a while. The paperwork took about 30 minutes so I was bored, but the sales guy and sales manager were great. I totally recommend. I would buy again from there. More
