The overall experience at Tustin Toyota has completely changed my views. I purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma this week and was beyond impressed with the overall customer care I was given. With the help of Anthony and Jeff I found my dream truck. They did not stop until they found the truck I wanted. Words cannot describe how impressed I was. Other toyota dealerships I've been to don't compare to the Tustin location. I would be happy to send anyone I know to them for a car. Thank you again Tustin Toyota for taking care of me so well. I was faced with a major financial problem since an independent tire dealer told me that my front struts on my 2010 Camry Hybrid were leaking and this could effect tire longevity. After reading about Camry strut problems online, I was not looking forward to taking my car to Toyota since many online blogs noted that the dealerships would not replace them. My experience with Javier Bernal at Tustin Toyota was not anywhere close to what I read online. Javier was a focused listener and was very interested in what I had to say. He was genuine, smiled and remembered my name later in the day. When I drove up he told me that the car would be placed on the rack immediately and he got back with the evaluation within 15 minutes! He came over by where I was sitting and sat down next to me, with the assistance of a diagram, explained the problem. To my joy he said that he was ordering the struts and would place them on the car the next day. I'm just recovering from a heart operation and any setback throws me for a tizzy. I was anticipating a worker that didn't care what I was going through and that I would be faced with a bill that was larger than I could afford. The timing of the good news and Javier's ability to be a good listener, made my experience at Tustin Toyota a GREAT one! I own three Toyotas and I will continue to have them serviced at Tustin Toyota and will hope that I'm lucky enough to have Javier be the order writer. More
I have been bringing my 2004 Rav4 to Tustin Toyota since 2004 and the service has always been the best experience. The courtesy goes as far as a great shuttle service bringing me back and forth from work, providing a free rental vehicle when applicable, and covering warranty work when justified. Tustin Toyota is highly reputable and I recommend them to those looking for dependable and friendly service. More
I have had my (2) vehicles serviced at this dealership for 10+ years. The service advisers with whom I have worked (Javier and Earl) have always been friendly and helpful. I think that I pay a bit more than I would at an independent repair facility, but I appreciate that they do good work and that I can depend on them to stand behind their work. Case in point: I recently elected to have a rebuilt engine installed in my 4-Runner (the engine had some issues given its age -- it has served me well for over 270,000 miles). Unfortunately, the engine that was installed failed after just a few months (this was due to poor workmanship by the facility that supplied the engine). As Tustin Toyota had contracted with the company that made the engine, they stood behind their work and ordered a new engine from a different facility. I paid nothing. My 4-Runner is back on the road and the dealership has reset the clock on the 1 year warranty that they provided to me on the repairs and the replacement engine. More

I looked for my car for over one month. I started looking at the end of 2011 in hopes of getting a close-out sale, however, I didn’t find the car I wanted. I ran into some characters on my journey and was completely TURNED-OFF by the thought of dealing with Car Sales Representatives. I even resorted to trying to make a purchase online to remove the HASSLE of buying a car in person. I also experienced a car running out of gas during the test drive and also a car not starting for a test drive, lol. I narrowed my search to a 2012 Toyota Corolla since I am using the car for commuting purposes and needed great mileage. I looked at several dealerships including: Temecula Toyota, Gosch Toyota in Hemet and Toyota in Corona. I also looked at several other South end dealerships online. They were all limited with their 2012 Corolla inventory. The 2011 Corolla is more expensive than the 2012, therefore, it made sense for them to focus on getting rid of this inventory without competing with the lower prices of the 2012 Corolla. I decided to expand my search, so I went to Orange County. I finally found my 2012 Corolla “S”! I got a GREAT deal on it! I read some of the other reviews about not getting a good price on a car… well my experience was the opposite. If you check out truecar.com, my price is near the Below Cost range. My Sales Rep., Nasser Momand was a pleasure to work with. He actually tried his best to make me comfortable. It was a good experience with him, as I didn’t feel pressured at all. It was actually fun working with him. He is a straight-forward person during negotiations. He doesn’t believe it should be a Hassle to buy a car (removes the going back and forth during negotiations). The only downfall of my car buying experience was interacting with the Finance Manager, Richard A. Rios (which has nothing to do with Nasser). To make a long story short, I just found him to be a Jack of a person (to the point that I was going to just walk out). He should probably limit his communication with customers and focus on explaining the documents and getting them signed. He isn’t an easy going people-person. Overall, I would recommend Nasser Momand at Tustin Toyota to my friends and family. I think he would take good care of them, and they will have a pleasant experience. To the ladies, Nasser is certainly pleasing to the eyes. He is also very manly, which is hard to find in California! You will enjoy working with him. More
