I went in for routine service and was talking with the Sales Manager, Mario, and when the service technician told me I needed new brakes, Mario said "Let's get you a new car." It turned out that I could Sales Manager, Mario, and when the service technician told me I needed new brakes, Mario said "Let's get you a new car." It turned out that I could get a brand new car for roughly the same payment. I drove out a couple hours later with a brand new car and a smile on my face. I did the math and I probably saved $860.00 by getting a new car than paying for new brakes and the excess mileage charge when the lease expired. It was great. More

We were shopping for a new 2012 Highlander. After we had a bad experience at another nearby dealership, we decided to get an Internet quote. Within an hour we were in contact with Herman Sharkawi from Tusti a bad experience at another nearby dealership, we decided to get an Internet quote. Within an hour we were in contact with Herman Sharkawi from Tustin Toyota. Honestly, after hanging up the phone with him and describing the exact details and options we wanted, I told my wife we will be driving home in a brand new highlander that night. Herman was great from the first handshake, to finding pretty much the exact trim and options on the highlander we wanted, the test drive, and finally getting us the deal we felt comfortable with. After we were done with financing, Herman met us and went over all the bells and whistles that came with our newly detailed and clean Highlander. He was very knowledgable about all the options on the car and clearly explained to us how to use them. The whole experience was extremely easy and straightforward. When we buy our next car, Herman will be the guy we call again! More

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICES AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I'm not saying the do a bad job, but they seriously overcharge for their services. I compared their price quote for a major service to other dealership and saying the do a bad job, but they seriously overcharge for their services. I compared their price quote for a major service to other dealership and discovered a 30% markup for their service. Unbelievable!!! Save your money, shop around. More

We also bought a car from them two years ago as well! Edwin Chan was our Finance Manager and he too was extremely helpful! He even was able to get us a few extra add on's and keep our payment comfortable for us! We will only use these guys from here on out! I visited Tustin Toyota to help my father buy either a Camry or Scion XB. They treated him extremely well and did as much as they could to make sure my father was happy with his purchase. I came back the Camry or Scion XB. They treated him extremely well and did as much as they could to make sure my father was happy with his purchase. I came back the following day to trade in my 2005 Scion XB for the new 2012 and I received the same excellent service from Mike, Mario, and David. Mike was even generous enough to buy my lunch from the on site Subway. Thanks again Mike, Mario, and David! More
To provide the honest truth about this particular sales Peter Im left with fear of less than better deal as Peter misleading claimed to be during the time. He was very pleasant for the whole deal until he Peter Im left with fear of less than better deal as Peter misleading claimed to be during the time. He was very pleasant for the whole deal until he confirmed that we could buy the 2012 Toyota Camry SE from him. As he talked agreed with the manager on the minimum (he claimed); what he really secretly supplied is best sales for his manager while still obtaining his quota sells for his own commission. We just sat filled the paper work for over 30minutes. He showed and happily claimed [showed us his paper work] "see that other couple came in my office...I just sold the car at the deal I told you was reasonable"(reasonable: being acceptable to his manager so he says). What turn out shady was my work of research after the sales. I realized sales really make commission by sales quota in quantity and not price. Peter's used this hook to get us to sit; his story "I been here a while...[am a senior]...looking forward for retire...Most salesman wont show this to you...it's what my boss sees and goes by...[goes on about his authority grants him that]". In truth my research shows that sales does not fear/may even offer to show you the actual MSRP price breakdown and profit page because you can find that information online easily now days. In addition to fact that sales don't really mind sales price as much as meeting the quantity; having an excellent rating which bring in your next customer have a 'right' to know issue. Peter after gently asked me in the newly purchased car with him and my family. [he did as book states given 2 master keys(no smart keys) and 1 valet...quickly asked and set up my iphone and told me my basic function of the car. BTW I did not wanna hear or feel so confused that I cant find out myself, however appreciated addition of service) What is tricky though is when Peter tried a fast pull "Let Asians help out Asians...just ignore what you answer when I send you the survey and rate all top/5 please?" More confessions here no surveys ever sent in after now a week of time and needless to say again why does he want the full 10/10 in order to keep himself in the company. Im not without guilt too maybe had he really worked us a deal and helped us as he said himself "Let Asians help Asians." I might have hid some information from reader. The deal as I am willing to bet on is average price for the particular SE model and it's basic stock package. Sad to say, I did not even get away with a free Toyota key chain cost them 3 bucks maybe less to make. He said "sorry the shop is closed when I went for it...w/ Smiles". If only Peter just did what my family wanted a cargo net of 30 bucks after market to buy...things may have not been so out to reader attention now. If I could offer anything that would be don't delay your research for whatever reason before you head to dealer and know well that seller will not be your friend. More
