I started with Toyota.com to find a car for my 18 year old son. Anthony Pitassi was the Internet Sales associate that responded to my request for information. In truth, I didn't want to talk with anyone old son. Anthony Pitassi was the Internet Sales associate that responded to my request for information. In truth, I didn't want to talk with anyone. I just wanted to get my info and move on. I received an email and then a voice mail from him that was so polite that I WANTED to talk with him. I was working all day and he answered my questions via email, with NO PRESSURE AT ALL. As a result, I took my husband and son to Tustin Toyota that evening. He had everything ready for us. Financing was complete, car was ready. We did the test drive, signed the paperwork, and my son drove his new Yaris home. It was an EXTREMELY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. I drive a Mercedes-Benz and just may replace it with a Toyota from Tustin Toyota when the day comes... that's how great the experience was. Thanks to everyone at Tustin Toyota for all you do! You rock! More

Arranged to pick up the card on sunday during workday, by the time I got there sales told me the car sold the previous day. He should either email me or give me a call to let me know about that. I don't have to spent 2 hours on the road and no mention the gas I spent. I'm pretty upset about this dealership not because they sold the car to someone else. I came into Tustin Toyota knowing exactly which car I wanted. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Mario, who presented me with all the exact paperwork I needed to complete my purchase. H wanted. July 6, 2013 to be exact .....we bought a used 2006 Toyota RAV 4 at this dealer. Drove all the way to tustin from Santa Clarita because the pictures looked so impressive on their website. Test drove Toyota RAV 4 at this dealer. Drove all the way to tustin from Santa Clarita because the pictures looked so impressive on their website. Test drove the car around the block and drove ok. We decided to buy the car AS IS, and financed it to our credit union. A week later engine and door issues came up. We called the dealer and spoked to a used car manager told them about the problem and i was told they will not fix the car because we bought it AS IS. To make a long story short...we decided we are just going to payoff the bank where we financed the car and sell it for less money. In the mean time...it has been a month since we bought the car and our bank has not received the title from this dealer. Our bank tried to call the dealer and left messages...and their calls was not returned. Our bank told us to call ourselves maybe they will call back..so we called and spoked to Kelly at the DMV desk. She told us the title will be mailed to our bank electronically the next day. Four days had passed...and nothing came to our bank. i called the dealer again...left a messages to Kelly the DMV desk person and my calls were not returned. At this point I was already frustrated dealing with them. Something was going on, and Kelly was avoiding our calls. Finally, i called again and spoke to the finance manager Mr Green, told him what happened and why the title was not forwarded to our bank and I asked him where the title of the car and he said they dont have it. And I said what do you mean you dont have it, and his answere was we cant tell you! Its a common practice that the dealer sell the car with out the title. Spent twenty minutes arguing with Mr Green in this regard and he has no symphaty to the us what so ever. All we want was the title of the car be forwarded to our bank that way we can pay them off. Instead, its been a xxxx of an experience dealing with Tustin Toyota. Please..dont bother buying a car at this dealer. Because this can happen to you and you might regret it. My wife and I came into Tustin Toyota dealer to test drive the Prius V, Mike Momayez greeted us very nicely and explain everything about the Prius. Because of the internet I believe most consumers are able to get tons of information! I believe I am one of them, So when I started the search for a new vehicle I started in the internet. My priorati list for my new car was: make, model, color scheme, and a fair prize. I didn't want to be talked into anything else, so when Bruce Tine contacted me, he offered the car I wanted at a fair prize, I didn't bother to counter offer even though I had to drive over 130 miles to get to make the deal. To be honest my wife and I were still wondering if Bruce Tine was for real or just playing us before we arrived at Tustin Toyota. Everyone greeted us and asked if we needed help. We didn't feel hounded like you do at other dealerships we visited in the past. The way I like to describe our experience was like shopping at Costco. Bruce showed us the avalon, we sat down in his office and I noticed he had everything arranged. we gave our information, we then went to financing with Mr. Edwin Chang who was very polite and informative and that was it! In less than one hour we were on our way to dinner (Bruce even suggested a great restaurant nearby). Bruce has sent us pictures of us when we first saw the car.
