I had a very good experience with Adrian Romero and Robert at Tustin Toyota. I went into Longo and Claremont Toyota looking for a 2014.5 Camry SE and came out with horrible experiences . Longo floor salesman could not even beat their own internet sales price. I also got online quotes through many dealership websites in so cal before discovering this dealership. I filled out a form and got pricing back from Adrian Romero from the internet fleet. I sent him a couple replies explaining our experience with Longo and Claremont and he basically gave me an OTD price a little bit lower than Longo and Claremont's best price. I called Adrian to let him know we're coming. We got there, and the receptionist paged Adrian. He met us and had us wait in the showroom while he went to go get the car. The dealership showroom is nice and modern. There's a nice lounge with a Keurig dispenser and snacks. There are many Toyota and Scion models in there for you to run around and jump into like at a carshow. Longo and Claremont does not even have a showroom. Anyway Adrian meets us out in the front with the Camry. We take a look at it. With only 6 miles, it's good. No need for a test drive because we have already done so at Longo and Claremont. The MSRP was a little bit more than Longo or Claremont's Camry so it ended up being a better deal for us. We head in to start the paperwork and he has the car washed and gas filled up. After credit check, we qualified for 0% apr for 60 months. We head to financing for Robert to finish up the paperwork. There was no pressure to purchase anything extra. They just have to offer/explain warranties so he's just doing his job. Everything was explained and we signed away. Thank you Adrian Romero and Robert for a quick and easy transaction. You guys are very professional and honored your price. A few days later I found out that there was a minor part missing from the pre delivery inspection and Adrian was able to get me the parts plus front license plate holder without me having to take the car in, saving time waiting for the service dept. Thanks again for the excellent service even after the sale. I suggest you know which model you want, shop around, and Adrian will do his best to beat that price. More

I live in the San Joaquin Valley and drove one hundred and sixty one miles one way. The service I received exceeded my expectations, the people were friendly and helpful. Adrian Romero was a pleasure to work with. He works in fleet sales. He tries to match competitor prices the best he can. Chris Thai is the finance manager. He's a good salesman. Very knowledgeable and aggressive, but not overly pushy. I would recommend using their internet fleet department. You'll get better pricing here, but you'll still need to shop around other car dealers and compare pricing. When I first arrived here I worked with some of the sales people on the floor. They were nice, but their prices were ridiculous so I left and worked with their internet/fleet department instead. Overall I would say this dealership is professional. It is a large dealership and the atmosphere is comfortable. More

What brought us to Toyota of Tustin was from the poor service we experienced at Toyota of Orange. My mom bought a Prius V with cash. It did not have an owner's manual. Our salesperson said that he did not have one and that she could purchase one for $50!!! She just paid cash and he couldn't even give us a manual after we had already purchased 3 cars from that establishment. The guys at Tustin gave us one for free! It's the little things that will bring us back to Tustin. We are customers for life!!! More

I have been leasing Toyotas since 1996, and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. April was very thorough and answered all of my questions promptly and courteously. I also received a personalized video of pictures of my new 2014 Sienna LE, which was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise. A first for me in all my years of leasing Toyotas. I then received a follow up e-mail from the internet sales director, Ruby Fox, thanking me for my business and checking to make sure I was 100% completely happy with my experience. I would highly recommend getting your next car from Tustin Toyota, they go above and beyond to make sure their customers receive the TRULY EXCEPTIONAL service, putting you at ease every step of the way. My husband and I were interested in a sports vehicle, but we were not in a buying mood. We wanted to trade our 2011m Corolla lease from another local Toyota dealer, so we visited the local Tustin Toyota. Thi we were not in a buying mood. We wanted to trade our 2011m Corolla lease from another local Toyota dealer, so we visited the local Tustin Toyota. This would be our fourth Toyota. Upon entering the showroom/repair lobby, I was amazed at the expansive size and openness of the place. A salesman outside had asked if he could help us, but waved us in when we said we were just looking. We found the car that I really liked, so Steve told me to find a sales person. I was admiring the ambience of the spacious showroom with floor-to-ceiling glass walls of all the offices, and I felt at home. I inquired at the reception desk where the ladies were so friendly and warm--being sweet with our Miniature Schnauzer that my husband was carrying. In a short while, a sales rep walked up to introduce himself with a firm handshake. He was so friendly and informative, answering all our questions about the features of the vehicle. He then offered to take us on a test drive. We had to take an elevator up to the huge inventory of Toyota cars in the multi-level structure above the offices. Without any hassle or requesting identification like other dealers would, he handed me the keys to the silver RAV4 with standard features. He did not try to sell us on additional features, but assured us that we would be very comfortable in the basic model, as it was our preference. Fell in love with it almost as soon as I sat in the driver's seat. It felt like the car just drove itself, and Steve was as pleased. Upon our return to the dealership, he showed us that some models had a roof rack, though it was not on the vehicle I drove. We asked what it would take to trade…..then, we returned to the showroom to talk about financing. Michael Turdick, sales manager, served us with forthrightness and made suggestions as to what we should do at the end of a lease in this vehicle. He showed us the numbers after taking down our personal information and checking our credit. He told us it would take about an hour to determine the price and to see if we qualified. My husband told him that we are retiring and moving to Durango, Colorado, near my daughter's place; and that we needed to have a vehicle for unpaved-gravel roads. We thought that without a job, and on Social Security, we would not qualify. Michael returned with the numbers and tried to stay within the payments we were seeking. The first offer was not acceptable to us, and after some discussion, he asked us to give him a few moments to talk it over with his finance people. We could see them through the windows of their offices. When Michael came back with the amenable cost and monthly payments of the lease, we told him we wanted to go and talk about it. He asked us why our hesitation. After some trepidation, he noticed our cautiousness and respected our thoughts; but, we allowed him to negotiate the terms--explaining why our credit resulted in the price. Steve asked how much the monthly payments would be if we put some money down, so Michael returned to the sales office to work more numbers again. End of story! We accepted the offer and waited to sign the papers. Some time passed when the Finance and Lease Manager, Richard Rios, walked up to greet us at the table where we were waiting. He led us to a glass-paned room with a view outside to the sold cars where he drew up the financial papers. Richard was so friendly and personable, just as Michael was with us. Then, he asked us to follow him back to Michael to get our brand new 2013 RAV4 LE which was waiting outside the door. Michael told us that he wanted us to have a roof rack on a different one that had only 100 miles on it, and that made us very happy. The car was washed and cleaned, ready for us to transfer our personal items from the Corolla. But, we didn't bring our checkbook with us, so Michael followed us home just a few blocks away so I could hand him the check for the down payment. My husband and I were so thrilled about our experience here at Tustin Toyota. We hope that when we do trade in this new car at the end of the lease, or refinance it, that we could have as wonderful a time as we did at this dealership. I recommend my best friends and family members to visit Tustin Toyota for their next vehicle. Thank you everyone for making us feel welcome. We are enjoying our Toyota RAV4 LE, and are anxious to load up our things to move to Colorado very soon. More
