New Car Purchase, HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY! Today I purchased my third new car since 2014 from Tustin Toyota. That pretty much says a lot. but not everything. It’s not just that Toyota continues to produce cutting edge vehicles, it is the people that work at Tustin Toyota that make it happen. Today Casey Troncoso, one of their lead salesmen, put me into a 2018 Toyota Camry, taking my 2017 Corolla in as trade and lettingvme walk out with no out of pocket expenses. That is unheard of. But because I’ve developed a relationship with with people who work there they feel more comfortable creating magic. Casey answers my calls on his days off, always willing to put together a proposal to see if he might assist with making my daily life more pleasurable. I’ve just bonded with Stephen Kelly, a new service writer who always takes that extra step to make sure you are taken care of in an timely and professional manner. I signed paperwork for more than an hour with a great guy in their financial department that has worked their greater than twelve years. He was the most knowledgeable, organized, and basically the nicest guy that made the task of completing the sale documents pass quickly while thoroughly informing me of my protection opportunities without making me feel he was pushing additional sales item onto the ticket. Because he was not. I got the best deal, the best car, and will continue going to Tustin Toyota of service and any future vehicle purchases. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Thank you everyone at Tustin Toyota. More

My hood shatter my windshield driving home after service This is a review that is long past due. So I got in a little fender bender over a year ago and the front of my car is slightly damaged but completely This is a review that is long past due. So I got in a little fender bender over a year ago and the front of my car is slightly damaged but completely drivable and has been driven like this since October 2015. I brought my car for service in August or end of July for the 20k service. I went to pick up my car and the porters could not locate my car for over 15 mins and had two of them searching. I finally locate the car near the front parking lot and they said the keys are inside so I'm good to take off. I live in fro to the Tustin hangers only 3 miles away and when I was on Tustin ranch road, driving over edinger, the the hood flies up and shatters the windshield. I slammed on the brakes and turn right but I see that I was on a bridge and didn't want to drive in the wall or possibly even drive off the bridge. The speed limit is 50 so I was going about 50 mph. The car behind nearly rear ends me. I couldn't pull over because I couldnt see in front of me due to shatter windshield and oh yea. The hood covering it. I get out to inspect it and see what happened and noticed a broken wire tie. The service people used a plastic wire tie to secure my hood down and didn't think that was important to tell me. I did receive a call from them after writing a review but they only asked what happened. Just be careful when you pick up your vehicle. Make sure the hood is secure and locked before driving off otherwise, you have a $400 windshield bill due to Tustin Toyotas service techs. More

I leased a new car from Tustin Toyota in August and I thought the experience was great at first. However, with some information that has recently come to fruition, the two people I dealt with that day have proven to be unethical. Unfortunately, they lived up to the stereotypical "car salesman" reputation and I fell for it, because I normally like to believe that a good majority of people are honest. You live and you learn, I guess! I can't wait to turn my car back in and wipe my hands clean of Tustin Toyota. Very disappointing experience after all. More

Finally after getting all my documentation and information we made an appointment to see the car and finish the transaction. But when I got to the dealer experience was horrible, the manager (Ricardo) is a totally overbearing, humiliating person, flaunts her 28 years of experience I think, did not serve him to learn to respect the customer. He said Elda and Customer Service were "simple telephonists" All the time I stressed that my credit was not good, and his attitude is despot, really desagradale. I love TOYOTA my country, but fortunately there are more dealers to avoid meeting the "Manager". Mr. Blanco (seller) saved the sale because professionally knew how to prevent I left. I'm sure that when you make them feel good and you help someone with credit problems, this person really sent many referrals to the dealer. I propose some classes of human relations and customer service to the "Manager". Toyota finally sells itself. La atencion inicial por telefono con servicio al cliente fue realmente buena, desde el principio informe que mi credito no estaba bueno y pregunte si habia opcion de comprar un carro. El trato de Elda en servicio al cliente fue muy amable y profesional. Finalmente despues de obtener toda mi documentacion e inofrmación hicimos una cita para ver el carro y finalizar la transaccion. Pero al llegar al dealer la experiencia fue horrible, El Gerente (Ricardo) es una persona totalmente prepotente, humillante, constantemente hace alarde de sus 28 años de experiencia que yo poienso no le sirvieron para aprender a respetar el cliente. Todo el tiempo recalca que mi credito no es bueno pero siempre con actitud despota. Amo TOYOTA desde mi pais, pero afortunadamente hay mas dealers paras evitar encontrarse con este "Gerente". El Señor Blanco (vendedor) salvo la venta porque profesionalmente supo evitar que yo me fuera. Estoy segura que cuando ustedes hacen sentir bien y le ayudan a alguien con problemas de credito, realmente esta persona enviará muchos referidos al dealer. Propongo unas clases de relaciones humanas y servicio al cliente a este "Gerente". finalmente Toyota se vende sola. More
