Worse customer service. They did not want to help us at all. If it is not about our program, where we have limits of the dealer to buy a car. I would never buy a car from here. They let us wait for 2 hours all. If it is not about our program, where we have limits of the dealer to buy a car. I would never buy a car from here. They let us wait for 2 hours in the finance office and when they come in. They told me to hurry because they do not have time. They did not let me have time to read the document and contact, they tell me to sign whatever they asked. I was so upset that I told them to stop and let me read the document. Also, the sale price of this dealer is higher compare to other dealers. So if you can buy a car from another dealer. I highly suggest you do it. Otherwise, you would have to wait 6 hours here and pay 500 dollars extra for some nonsense reason. In conclusion, they only serve you if you are rich (willing to pay them money immediately) and they ignore you if you are poor(use government program). More

Excellent Had negotiated with the general manager over text message and was prepared to go in the next day and make the purchase. Every dealer I had dealt with to date, looking for a 4runner, was marking up the price $5-10,000. When I exhibited a little skepticism and cancelled the appointment, Bob the GM reached out to me and assured me all was as negotiated. No markup, in fact he reduced the MSRP in addition to the factory rebate reduction. He had the 4 runner and two sales professionals ready and waiting and all went exactly as expected. I was very pleasantly surprised. Because I, like most, have had memorable (and not good memories) experiences in the past with major dealerships and their sales games. I was not going to spend hours upon hours in the dealership this time, and didn't. I was thoroughly impressed with Bob and his team at Tustin Toyota, will recommend them and will return in the future. More
