Ruben is the Service Manager. He is pleasant, professional, and follows-up when he says he will. He tries to get you your car out of service as quickly as he can, and calls to confirm when he do professional, and follows-up when he says he will. This way I could leave, right after I paid my bill. The new Tustin Mazda place is soooooooo much better than the old building they had down the street. It is clean and large. It gives the impression that there is a professional service here. It makes one want to place value and trust in this institution as a result. Very nice service all around. Even the billing woman was friendly and understood her job well. She gave me the papers to sign as though she knew exactly what she was doing and why. There were people reading newspapers and watching TV in the waiting room area, as they were waiting for their cars. It was a nice clean room. Such an improvement from the old building. Due to some issues at home, I had to reschedule a service appointment four times! I felt horrible. However, both Mick and Gary were very gracious and accommodating each time (as usual) and worked with me wit appointment four times! I felt horrible. However, both Mick and Gary were very gracious and accommodating each time (as usual) and worked with me without any problems whatsoever. I have to pass by two other Mazda dealerships to get to Tustin Mazda and often wait there at the location for my service to be completed. I could just go to the Mazda dealership five minutes from my home, but they do not come close when it comes to true service, accountability and overall satisfaction. I know this because I have had experiences at both the other Mazda dealerships. I am buying an additional car from Tustin currently and will still make the longer drive for the service and care I have become used to at Tustin Mazda. Matt Cuevas More

Tustin Mazda can't be beat for the outstanding service dept. and especially Nicholas. Not only friendly and professional, he is accurate and reliable. He keeps you updated on the status while the car is being serviced (whether you are waiting or left the car), explains your options and always has the car washed. He knows you by name when you walk in the door, he can answer any question or get the information if its not at his fingertips. He treats everyone like you are his friend. His is honest and trustworthy and I, too, drive out of my way to have my car serviced at this dealer. I have asked the owner to transfer Nick to the Huntington Beach store which would be much closer but it hasn't happened yet! The extra miles I drive is worth the top notch service from Nicholas. We bought our car from another dealer and HATE returning there even for the FREE oil changes that were part of the "deal" when we bought it. So sorry we didn't buy from Tustin Mazda but were anxious to get the car that was sitting on another dealer's lot. More

This kind of service can't be faked, it can only be delivered by people who are happy and well-compensated, and who obviously enjoy what they do. It is an amazing feat of good management, and a reason to stay with Mazda and keep coming back to Tustin Mazda. Good product + good service = win-win! More
I have been taking my Mazda Rx8 here since it was purchased new in 2005. The staff is by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable in my experience. I went to this dealership because I lost my keys about a week prior to 11/6/2009. I inquired about a new key and came to find that a new one would cost close to $300! I'm freaking out because I had no money for this and no means of getting it anywhere else. I talked to Jeff, one of the sales managers and told him my complicated situation. Not only did he completely understand and gave me a new key, but also the remote, programmed it for me, provided lunch, and washed my vehicle when everything was done! Every one was soooooo cool. Louis in Parts, Ruben in Service, Brandon in fleet sales, and of course Jeff the sales manager. I hope you guys realize that my car would have sat in that spot for at least a month if your team wasn't so kind. I can't thank you enough! I don't care where you live, buy your vehicle from this dealership. It's worth it, trust me. Adam More
