My service guy, Joshua Vasquez, listened to my car issues and got back to me right away. My car problems solved a with very reasonable pricing! I am extremely happy with the service here and highly recommend. Text message communication by Josh was always prompt and polite. The mechanic was awesome and even sent me a video of his findings during my car inspection. I really liked watching it. This place is awesome with lots of friendly people who all know what they are doing...making sure their customers are happy. More

My car's audio system abruptly stopped working, so I brought it into OC Mazda-- I had no idea if the issue was the head unit, amplifier, or anything e My car's audio system abruptly stopped working, so I brought it into OC Mazda-- I had no idea if the issue was the head unit, amplifier, or anything else. They were able to diagnose the issue, have the correct parts delivered, and installed within a reasonable time frame. In the meantime, I was provided with a vehicle to use while I waited for my repairs, so I was still able to go to work and grocery shop for my family. Employees are all friendly, helpful, and polite, and Josh was particularly communicative about my service via text. I felt like I was in the loop about how my vehicle was serviced 100% of the way, and I really appreciated how everyone inside wore face masks to combat the pandemic. It set a good example for everyone else in the waiting room to follow-- 6 feet social distancing + facemasks = safety first (except that old fat dude who acted as a greeter while I was there, because he wore his face mask around his neck. screw that guy). Anyway, I will definitely return for anything Mazda related. Thanks Josh! More

Josh was amazing from the beginning to end of my maintenance process. I needed a Lyft ride and he assisted me with that with no problem. He did frequent check-ins with me while I was waiting in the maintenance process. I needed a Lyft ride and he assisted me with that with no problem. He did frequent check-ins with me while I was waiting in the lobby and also provided me additional resources as needed. Larry was so helpful and entertaining throughout my entire stay at the dealership. He assisted me in purchasing my Mazda cx5 and made updates with me throughout the 2hours plus of my wait. More
