During the purchase they realized they had mispriced the SUV, but they honored the price on the car anyways. The process took a while, but they kept offering us drinks or snacks. Then the finance lady did a great job explaining our options and offering a warranty for our used SUV. More

Relaxed and efficient car shopping From start to finish I had a good experience at Tustin Mazda. Sammy was my salesperson and he was helpful and easy to work with. Everyone there was From start to finish I had a good experience at Tustin Mazda. Sammy was my salesperson and he was helpful and easy to work with. Everyone there was helpful, energetic and eager to see the customer get what he wanted at the best possible price. I had never leased a car before and everyone was helpful with that process also although the paperwork took a long time and I was very tired. Sammy was helpful and knowledgeable and efficient in every way. When the sale was complete I had to drive my old car home while Sammy drove my new car to my house and then waited for me to drive him back to the dealership. It was late and he was tired, I could tell, but he remained lively and good natured through the extra time needed to provide this extra help. He is definitely the best automobile salesperson I have worked with in more than 50 years of buying cars. More

Larry H. is one of thee best I had to do a lease turn in. They had to do a dealer trade, but rather than trying to push a different car of on me, Larry was sure I got the exact car that I wanted within my budget. He is kind, knowledgeable, patient, and very mellow. He goes above and beyond to make car buying/leasing as enjoyable a process as possibly possible. I will definitely be referring my friends and family members to this dealership and especially to Larry Henderson. The finance and insurance gal Lori was great and very personable as well. More
