I was a girl on a mission what can I say. I knew what I wanted and the price I wanted. OC hyundai came very close in the price I wanted and also did the best possible job to get the car I wanted in the col wanted and the price I wanted. I give Mark and OC Hyundai great rating's for the great customer service I received today. From the beginning I let Mark Davidson know what our credit situation was and what we had to put down. Mark never gave up on working the deal for us, he had promised to help us and he came through with shining colors. If it had not been for Mark I would have walked away....actually I did walk away....twice....yet came back because of Mark. While I know it is his job to make a sale, he went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted at a price we can afford. One thing, that was odd was I was about to drive off the lot with the car bought....and there was no gas in the car, Mark had said they buy the first tank....as it should be. I am buying the car and it should be gassed up in full, even though it was a used car. Mark Davidson quickly took care of the situation and filled it up, thanks to him I left a satisfied customer. Oh but by the way go to the OC Hyundia lot....dont try to do anything online....I spent a week + trying to work with Steve the online customer service person who failed miserably at selling me a car. He was worthless at sealing the deal, told me to go to the "used car lots on Harbor Blvd." Mark Davidson did seal the deal, go see him!!!!! More
I go there every 3,000 miles or so for regular service but I recently required extensive service on my Hyundai and they had my automobile for almost a month. I was concerned that my car would be declared but I recently required extensive service on my Hyundai and they had my automobile for almost a month. I was concerned that my car would be declared totaled or would never be the same again. Mark kept me apprised every step of the way whether it was about dealing with insurance company (State Farm-wonderful) or any other concern that came along while the dealership was on its way to giving me my car in better condition than prior to the incident. I have never received such wonderful service from any dealership over the years and Mark provides exemplary service and is a wonderful representative of the company. Another Hyundai dealership is closer to my home but I go the extra miles because of Mark and the wonderful service from OC Hyundai. More

This dealership is always so helpful when I need to get things done. I recently got a spoiler put on and full detailing/tune up on my car and I was extremely pleased with the service. I have been bringing my vehicles here for service since 2004. My Santa Fe has 120,000 miles on it and still runs great. We recently bought a 2010 Elantra Touring and we love it. The service department has always been great and always within the price estimate. There are several Hyundai dealerships closer to our home than OC Hyundai but a dealership and mechanics you can trust is very important. We'll drive the extra few miles to continue to bring our vehicles here. Mark and Trina have always been very friendly and helpful. More
Trina gets a "5" all the way around; however, others that a customer encounters could take a lesson or two in at least a smile and greeting.
