I discovered the discrepancy within 24 hours, but their staff - including Mr. Shawn Bhatt (Sales Representative), Mr. Armin Majidi (Sales Manager), and Mr. Faizan Siddiqi (Finance Manager) - have been completely unresponsive and unhelpful. Instead of addressing my concerns, they chose to ignore my emails, forcing me to escalate the issue by filing a complaint directly with GM Motor Company in Detroit. When I raised this concern, Robert Monroe dismissed it, stating: “If this was my car, I would allow the dealer or vendor to use it for personal business. This is not a big deal, just an hour’s drive.” This response is unacceptable. My vehicle was used inappropriately, and I expected this matter to be taken seriously. Despite repeated phone calls, voicemails, and emails to you, I have received little to no follow-up. Your sporadic responses, offering vague promises of scheduling, have resulted in no progress. It has now been over three months, and I am still waiting to complete the work I initially brought my car in for. More
