Let me tell you of my experience. We bought a Yukon two weeks today. The vehicle was to be delivered in a couple of days. We waited a week called the salesman. He never called us back. Finally got. He was concerned told us he would find out what is going on. Never called back. Ten days later we are calling and not getting any answers. Finally a call just to come pick up the vehicle on Saturday. So we make plans to travel down to the dealer about 90 miles and plan other events in the area for the day. If you been following you know what’s coming. An email canceling the appointment and making one for 6pm on Sunday. Totaling screwing up our weekend and now two trips. Going to be driving around 400 miles this weekend. Thanks Tustin GMC More

Incompetent thiefs Drove 20 miles up and over the toll road 241 to get my Buick Enclave recalls taken care of at Tustin Buick, GMC. It took several phone calls and almost a week to get the recall work done. They then tell me I need over $4000 in repairs (new axle, brakes, catalytic converter) but since they have the engine out already for the warranty work I need to get this all done now or it will cost twice as much since they would have to pull the engine out again. I told him no thanks, I will get it fixed somewhere else, please put the engine back. I then get a call a few hours later saying they put the engine back but noticed sludge inside the engine and I need a new engine for $7000. I said no thank you and they said the head mechanic says I should not even drive my car home it's not safe. I ask if the car is worse now then when I dropped it off, because it drove fine before I dropped it off. He said "no it should be better we replaced your transmission for you for free.". As soon as I got on the freeway my car started beeping and the check engine light came on and oil light came on and the dash said "low engine pressure, turn off engine". My wife and kids were in the car with me and I had to stop on the side of the freeway and wait 10 minutes at least 5 times before I was able to make it home. I am no mechanic by any means, but once I got home I opened the hood and noticed a hose connecting the air intake to my engine was unplugged and hanging there. I plugged the hose back in and checked my oil level and it was at the correct level and completely clean. I watched a few YouTube videos, bought a new oil pressure sensor and now my car runs fine. At the very best Tustin Buick are completely incompetent and accidently did not plug the air flow hose back in when taking my engine out and mistakenly diagnosed a faulty oil pressure sensor for the need fora new engine. Probably (and most likely) they intentionally unplugged the hose out of spite for not agreeing to have unnecessary overpriced work done and knew all along I needed only a new oil pressure sensor but tried to milk a new engine out of me. The most troubling part is the mechanic watched me put my family into my car knowing I would be getting on the freeway and almost certainly breaking down on my way home. This dealership's greed and/or incompetence put my family and me at risk, had me without a car for two weeks, made me spend several hours of my own time researching and repairing what they broke or failed to fix. All in all it has left me angry and confused. I find it very hard to believe a "respectable" established company would intentionally sabotage someone's vehicle but I really cannot come up with any other explanation. If my assumptions are correct this business poses a serious safety risk for everyone. I have never posted a review or complained about a company online before but the actions of Tustin Buick are so alarming that I feel it's my civic duty to warn everyone about these people. So I apologize if you already read this post somewhere else as I am going to post this on every social media and review site that will allow me. More

WHAT A SURPRISE! I REQUESTED INFO ON A GMC TERRAIN TO LEASE FROM SEVERAL GMC DEALERS. KATRINA WAS FIRST TO RESPOND. SHE MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR ME TO COME IN. SHE ASS I REQUESTED INFO ON A GMC TERRAIN TO LEASE FROM SEVERAL GMC DEALERS. KATRINA WAS FIRST TO RESPOND. SHE MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR ME TO COME IN. SHE ASSIGNED MARTIN TO SHOW ME AVAILABLE UNITS. WE TEST DROVE THE ONE I LIKED. MARTIN STARTED THE PAPER WORK AND I THEN FINISHED UP WITH F&I. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME IN TO THIS DEALERSHIP, BUT I FELT LIKE I WAS DEALING WITH BEST FRIENDS. VERY PROFESSIONAL ON A FRIENDLY LEVEL, WHAT A CONCEPT. I HAVE TOLD MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES OF MY GREAT EXPERIENCE. THANKS AGAIN. More
I leased 2 Buick Envision from this dealer within a month pe I recently leased 2 of the 2017 Buick Envision from this dealer. One was on 10/26 and one on 11/16. One is the Preferred model and the other is the Essence model. Tommy Barnes, the manager went out of his way to offer me a price that i can't refuse. Blake, the salesperson, is also helpful in every aspect and help me with the Costco rebate. Katrina, from FInance, is also helpful by quickly get you in and out for the paperwork without any gimmick sale pressure. It should be noted that I did shop 4 others dealers before decided to buy both cars here. At the end of the day, the final price is the key factor and the way you were treated at the dealer matters. Prior to a final price, I constantly text back and forth with Tommy and he never failed to provide a reply. That's what i call customer service. Other may had bad experience but i had wonderful experience with this dealer. More

On the phone, I enquired if I qualify for a particular rebate, and the person (Mariam) said "Absolutely, You do qualify" and when I reached there, they ran my credit report and make me wait for about three hours, then they are saying I do not qualify for the rebate I enquired about (by the way the rebate has nothing to do with my credit report). I have leased cars before from Toyota and chevy, but these guys are in a different world, a crooked one More

But I would call when I received it to discuss and would be back to finalize a deal on Monday. They said great and they would email me within the next couple hours. I never received an email. I called on Sunday and they still had the truck & he would get the payment & pricing info to me. I did not receive it. I called again on Monday and they apologized and said he would send it out asap. I finally received a full price paper without the extended warranty I asked for & without payment options at 7pm. I called to salesman & asked if they could do better & please add what i requested. He said he would talk to another manager who could probably work a better deal. No response on Tuesday or Wednesday finally called again today (Thursday) and the salesman was off. Asked for the sales manager, he said he would call me back in 10 min. Finally called me back 2 hrs later & i missed the call. Called back 2 hours after he left the message and he said that they just sold the truck for full price. He made it sound like it was my fault cause I didn't want to pay the sticker price. I never once said I wouldn't pay full price, but who in their right mind doesn't try to negotiate? I have never in all the years of buying cars have I meet a dealership not interested in selling a vehicle. I will NEVER buy a car from this dealership! More
i bought my enclave new from tustin buick and have had numerous warranty issues since then (water pump, seal beat, front main seal, real main seal, ac line). the ac went out again so i took it in for serv numerous warranty issues since then (water pump, seal beat, front main seal, real main seal, ac line). the ac went out again so i took it in for service. they said it would be out of warranty and cost 2k to fix. i left two messages for the service manager about the situation and he never returned my calls and I left three messages for the general manager and she never returned my calls. not only did they not return my calls but i felt they did nothing to help A) fight GM to help them pick up some of the tab B) reduce some of the costs since I bought the car from them and go to them for service all these years. I can't believe places like this are still in business. More
