Stay away from this place - horrible customer service. I would never purchase and/or recommend this dealership. They would not sell you a vehicle if you don’t purchase their dealer installed accessories that add up to $4782 even though their website reads “can be purchased for an additional cost” OPTIONAL Fonzi said dealer adds accessories to all their cars. I had an appointment with Josh Kaiser on Friday 10/04/24 at 4PM after driving for 2 hours and arriving at dealership Josh was not available and Fonzi Marquez was to assist, Fonzi was friendly but he had to check with his manager on every question i asked him, after declining the installed accessories xx charge I walked out. Very disappointed with the service they provide. The end story no purchase, i will take my business elsewhere. More

I drove it off th They changed out a fautly ABS module. It took over a week and when I finally came to pick it up my "brake fluid low" light came on. I drove it off the lot and as I was driving home down a very steep grade on thr 241 to the 91, my brakes were almost nothing. I had to push as hard as I could on the pedal to stop from crashing my vehicle. When my husband came home he saw brake fluid had been spewing at all 4 brake lines. I texted seevice and they admitted they did not test drive the vehicle due to low fuel. Service also stated that brake fluid isn't topped off unless brake service is done. The ABS IS BRAKE SERVICE! They arranged for a tow truck to retrieve my vehicle and it's now been 9 days since they brought it back. I spoke with Ronnie the GM on Tuesday after days of leaving messages. I don't feel safe in my vehicle now. They let me drive off with NO BRAKES! Ronnie agreed he would purchase the vehicle but here I am 2 days later without a number or a check or a phone call. I'm a mom of 2 without a vehicle for weeks now and this has been a traumatic situation that I want to put behind me. Ronnie please call me back so I may pick up a check and move on. More
Extremely unethical dealer with classic bait and switch tactics. I came across a car posted Friday night and messaged to see it next day. I live in San Diego. The next morning before leaving I checked the tactics. I came across a car posted Friday night and messaged to see it next day. I live in San Diego. The next morning before leaving I checked the car again and the price went up $3k. I messaged and told them I need the same price I saw it as and was told just come down we will make it work. I picked up my brother and drove down on a very busy weekend which took over 3 hours to get there. Upon getting there I was told three things 1) car is 3k higher it is what it is, 2) there is a mark up of 5k on top of the 3k higher price 3) someone else is already looking at it. Had I known any one of these things , I wouldn’t have spent 3 hrs each way and ruined my weekend because of this inconsiderate dealer. Everything negative they say about dealers you will find true here. They also made me wait 20 mins there saying we will work it out but in reality they were going back in forth between me and the other party trying to get into a bidding war to make the most money. I will never get 6 hours of my weekend back because of these xxxx bags. Shop here at your own peril. More
I am a 48-year-old businessman from an entrepreneurial family in Orange County. We have lived in Orange Hills since 1980. My family owns multiple manufacturing businesses, over 40 restaurants, and a cos family in Orange County. We have lived in Orange Hills since 1980. My family owns multiple manufacturing businesses, over 40 restaurants, and a cosmetics business. I decided to trade one of our company trucks, an F150, for a GMC Truck. I called Tustin GMC, about 2 miles from my office, and spoke to Rachel to explain my plan. She refused to disclose numbers over the phone and insisted that I show up at the dealership with the trade-in to see their trucks. Despite already owning a G-Wagon AMG63, Audi Q8, a Mercedes Benz S580, and a Range Rover, which I've never bought from a dealership (I usually negotiate over the phone and have the car delivered to my office or house), I agreed to visit the dealership. Upon my arrival at the dealership, I expressed my interest to Rachel, who then asked for my social number. I was taken aback by this request, as I only provide such sensitive information or sign documents once we have reached an agreement. I was also unsure under whose name I would be purchasing the GMC truck – whether it would be under the company, my father, or just my name. Before making a decision, I needed to see the numbers. Rachel's response was unprofessional and disappointing. She became quite firm and essentially asked me to leave and come back, either with my father or after finalizing the name for the purchase. My surprise turned to frustration as Rachel continued to refuse to provide me with the necessary information. I was unsure under whose name I would be purchasing the truck, and she never even showed me a single truck. Instead, she seemed more concerned about running my credit. I requested to speak to a manager, but none were available at the dealership. I waited about 15 minutes to speak to a higher authority figure, observing a finance manager behind the glass and around 10 salespersons, but no one offered to help. This lack of assistance was disappointing, and I eventually left the dealership. I was advised to visit Long Beach GMC because they provide fantastic customer service. Be cautious about going to the previous dealership. More

I found the truck I was looking for on their website. I called to see if I could do the paperwork remotely and come get it. they said they have an in person policy. I asked if they would take a deposit t I called to see if I could do the paperwork remotely and come get it. they said they have an in person policy. I asked if they would take a deposit to hold it until I could get there. I am 140 miles away and needed to make arrangements. they said they did not take deposits or hold vehicles. I explained I had to drive from Bakersfield and needed to make sure it would be there. I was talking to Natalie the sales manager. she gave me a number to text and said she would keep in touch. I informed her I would be there in a few hours to which she said ok. I asked her to start the paperwork and I filled out the credit app. she ran my credit while I was driving. When I arrived I was told they sold the truck earlier that morning but they had other colors. I had been very clear that was the only one I was interested in. She was not there and the salesman said she knew the truck was gone but she insisted he could sell me a different one. I wasted 5 hours driving down and back and now she wont even respond. The salesman did fill my tank because he felt bad and knew they misled me. I’ll find one elsewhere. More
I have called to follow up with Ronnie Blomquist and where this direct number, he left on my google review originally went to him and I spoke with him 1 time, it now goes to a "Debbie". Mr Blomquist, al where this direct number, he left on my google review originally went to him and I spoke with him 1 time, it now goes to a "Debbie". Mr Blomquist, although, I see you answering back on these negative google reviews from myself and others, providing a number that actually reaches you, would be helpful. I also STILL do not have an update on the latest status of title and it is now day 273 and still NO car title for a vehicle that was purchased in cash in August of 2023! More

They sold me 2 year old Hyundai car with only 22500 miles with major Engine failure, bought car from sales associate Abraham Jorge on 03/24/24 with all clean list of checks for major defects, drove only 5 weeks, noticed coolant level was low, took to Hyundai service and got bad news, milky looking oil, failed head gasket or possible more engine damage . Car will be in service shop for the next few months. Paid very good money for it , above market price for car in very good condition. called and emailed Sales manager Michael Martinez, Tommy Barnes and Abraham Jorge to discuss misrepresentation of car condition. No call back. Horrible experience and feeling. More

5 stars for the experience from the beginning to driving off the lot with a new car! Went to this dealership started off with a phone call to see if the car we were considering was available. They answere off the lot with a new car! Went to this dealership started off with a phone call to see if the car we were considering was available. They answered fast and transferred me over to a sales rep named Benjamin, he promptly confirmed the car was still available and had it ready for us to check out when we got there. Once we arrived we immediately felt the good vibes from him and test drove the car a few times as he was patient with us because we had to alternate test driving the car due to us having our dogs with us. The car was priced well, yes they did have add-ons that were put on the car which increased the price, however the offer price was below kbb value and edmunds car value. Now comes time with negotiations because both my wife and I liked the vehicle. Yes you definitely have to come in to any dealership with your skills in negotiating what you are comfortable with, because business's are there to make money and customers wants a good deal. We felt like we both won! The negotiations did happen and it was definitely a good experience and NOT a pushy one. During our negotiating we spoke with both Benjamin and Patrick. Patrick the floor manager worked with us with running numbers and Benjamin did what he could to make the deal work. We agreed to the price we were comfortable with and they didn't make it soooooo difficult. GREAT!!! Now time to finance, we met with Alex and he made the experience even better with helping us get the extended warranty that still fits within our budget. Not a pushy guy either, he just did his job and still was able to provide us the warranty with no hassle. Mind you it was still early in the day so they had a lot of time to keep dealing but they made it quick and easy no pressure sales with good deals. From picking up the call fast to speaking with Benjamin dealing with Patrick and finishing up with Alex AAA+ experience no doubts there. Thanks guys and Tustin GMC for the experience we definitely recommend this dealer and the guys we worked with. We got a car we liked, color, features, price and warranty not to mention Benjamin gave us two bags of chips while working up the numbers, little things count. Hopefully our next car we consider this dealer will have it and Benjamin, Patrick and Alex are still there offering the same exceptional quality of service!!!! More
