Purchased a vehicle from this dealership a bit over two weeks ago (2/26/25). While the people who work at this dealership are friendly this ended up being the worst vehicle purchase experience that I have weeks ago (2/26/25). While the people who work at this dealership are friendly this ended up being the worst vehicle purchase experience that I have ever had with a car dealership. 1. I'm an out of state buyer and had the vehicle transferred to me. Vehicle arrived with no temp tag. 2. When I reached out to them to let them know that the vehicle had no temp tag I was told that their temp tag is just a piece of paper and that they would email it to me. Because the temp tag is just a piece of paper I'm unable to put it on the back of the car. Have NEVER not in any state seen a car dealership just give a paper temp tag to a customer. 3. Found out on February 10th that my vehicle title, registration paperwork and the check for the sales tax were never mailed to the South Carolina DMV. Instead Jessica mailed the paperwork to me for me to go to SC DMV and do the registration myself. Have NEVER seen a car dealership mail the paperwork to do the vehicle registration to the customer. If the customer has to do their own vehicle registration documents then stop charging almost $700 for a doc fee. 4. $699 doc fee! What is it for? Absolutely nothing, JUST A MONEY GRAB see #3.... Don't take customers money for services that you didn't provide. 5. Did I purchase a brand new vehicle? No! But there's no excuse EVER for a customer to be sold a vehicle with a check engine light on. Any issues with the car should be fixed by the service department before the car is listed for sale. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! 6. Purchased the vehicle 2 weeks ago and JESSICA allowed the vehicle registration documents to just sit there at the dealership..... nothing mailed to SC DMV. So now I have to use a work day to go and stand on line at the South Carolina DMV to register a vehicle that should have been registered 2+ weeks ago. A refund of the $699 doc fee has been requested and sent to Jamal (sales manage).....now let's see if this dealership operates with integrity. UNFORTUNATELY I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP...... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING FROM THEM!!! More
