SORRY DEALERSHIP,SERVICE MANAGER IS LIED 2017 ford f-150 XLT,Dealership has done all work oil changes ect..Got a rust bottom on rearend & Driveshaft an carryed to Tuscaloosa ford to get fix , 2017 ford f-150 XLT,Dealership has done all work oil changes ect..Got a rust bottom on rearend & Driveshaft an carryed to Tuscaloosa ford to get fix ,well they did a warranty claim on it but got denied 2.Service manger trent has lied an didnt call me back when he got denied warranty claim he rode up an sent to ford. .He lied 3 or 4 times an my truck sit there for 2 weeks nothing’s g got done an WILL NEVER BUT FORD AGAIN AN FOR THOSES OUT THEY DONT STAND BEHIND A WARRANTY CLAIM ,an also dealership wouldnt stand be a truck they sold. Took car on a Tuesday before 1500 hours and the following Monday at 1600 hours car still hadn't been looked at. This is ridiculously. Do you really expect people to drop their cars off for weeks at a time. They d o not have to worry about me coming back cause that makes no sense. More
Very poor service department 2011 Ford Ranger bought at this dealership has been in their shop since March 1st. Get nothing but a run-around on the telephone. first visit I went in for an oil change for the first time that's were I meet John he greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help. He listened to what I wanted done while taking notes, and even though they were very busy I didn't feel rushed. I ended up leaving my car because of how busy they were John offered me a shuttle ride and keep me updated thru text messages. I even had the option to pay thru text message. This was my first experience and will definitely be back to see John More
Just ask chuck I brought my sons car in to have it serviced and I have to say that Chuck Sansing went above and beyond to take care of us !! Mary Gardner in service department was outstanding!!’ We live in Illinois and our son is a sophomore at the University of Alabama. He has a 2010 Ford Eddie Bauer Ford Explorer with about 130,000 miles on We live in Illinois and our son is a sophomore at the University of Alabama. He has a 2010 Ford Eddie Bauer Ford Explorer with about 130,000 miles on it. He was in route home heading for the long 10+ hour drive right before Thanksgiving when the Explorer just “stopped” about an hour away from the school. He had 3 friends, a German Shepard and luggage for all in the Explorer. He ended up having to be towed and was towed to Tuscaloosa Ford. Mary Gardner was his service advisor. She explained they were busy and there would be a wait unfortunately. The next morning we got a call from her and not only was the Explorer fixed she had made sure they expedited his work knowing that he was responsible for getting not only himself but a truck load of others all the way home to see their families for the holiday. I will tell you being so far away from my son and knowing he was also responsible for these other students getting home to see their families was very stressful. Mary was unbelievable!!! I would highly recommend Tuscaloosa Ford and her! She made me want my son to use their dealership anytime for service! Thank You so much Mary! Jennifer Lozzio from Illinois! More

Was told $1000 for parts and labor for an $80 job. I was having a starter issue with my vehicle. Had it towed to Townsend ford to be checked. Was told the problem was my fuel pump and with parts, labor I was having a starter issue with my vehicle. Had it towed to Townsend ford to be checked. Was told the problem was my fuel pump and with parts, labor and tow would be approximately $1000. I told them not to touch my car. I had it towed to a different shop. The problem WAS a starter problem and caused $80 to fix. That mechanic told me that Townsend was attempting to rip me off. I met with the owner to complain. He admitted that his shop uses machines to diagnose problems and his mechanic may have been "motivated by greed" after seeing a big ticket item. He did offer to refund my tow bill and money for the wrong diagnoses. I took it. I also reported him to the BBB and State Attorney General's Office. Amazingly, every time I write a bad review, it disappears. When it does, I'll just write another one. Please don't take your car here. More
