Also, the service center is top-of-the-line with a very comfortable waiting room. My experiences @ Townsend Ford have far surpassed my expectations and I will happily be servicing & shopping there in the future! Thanks to the Townsend Ford crew for all that you do! Also, if you are unable to visit the site, the company offers an incredible listing of their vehicles which is constantly being updated. Their Internet selection is what compelled me to come to the lot, in hopes that certainly were not let down upon arrival. :-) :-) So, now that the raving is over, here is some concrete info about my visit with them: I traded a used Ford 500 for a brand new Ford Focus. Before I arrived at the dealership, I did some looking around on their web site & quickly found a very well priced vehicle that I liked very much. I then called Jackie McKenzie who was very friendly, kind, patient, and utmost helpful. She quickly had an appointment set up for me and she was just as kind and personable in person. I met her managers, Jim Phillips and Bob Norris. Then she introduced me to her Internet sales manager Mark Sanchez & Frank Friscia. Through being introduced to all of these people, I felt very much comfortable and even at home with friends. After meeting all of these excellent salesmen and all around great people I was introduced to the person who handled the transaction: Glen Arrington. He handled everything accurately and professionally, from the test drive to completion of sales. Finally, I was invited to a class on how to properly activate the Sync function of the car. All in all, I am very happy with Townsend Ford! Thanks again for all you have done for me..I especially appreciate you, Mr. Glen, for preparing another title for the vehicle AT NO CHARGE after I lost the first while moving! More
I was asked to assist a friend with his first car purchase and was appaled at my experience with the management of Townsend Ford. After making it through a questionable sales experience I very polite purchase and was appaled at my experience with the management of Townsend Ford. After making it through a questionable sales experience I very politely informed both my friend and the sales manager that although I felt the deal was as good as they would be able to offer there were other cars that would both fit into my friend's budget and would be higher rated. A few minutes later the lead manager comes in and begins cussing and threatening me telling me I needed to leave his dealership and let him deal with his customer alone. I very politely informed him that his method of sales is on par with the worst used car salesmen jokes you could think of and that I would never shop from him. Do not go to this dealer unless you are ready to be disrespected and used. They are not interested in making honest deals only bullying people into making foolish decisions. Go at your own risk. More
I was sold a used vehicle with a bad radiator. I feel that the dealership new of this problem and sold it to me anyway. They will not work with me to rectify the problem. their comments to me are basical that the dealership new of this problem and sold it to me anyway.
