I was sold a used vehicle with a bad radiator. I feel that the dealership new of this problem and sold it to me anyway. They will not work with me to rectify the problem. their comments to me are basical More

Sorry that you are upset Mr Crook. It is not our practice to sell vehicles that have problems. Our used cars are inspected and serviced before they are offered for sale. If we find a problem we usually wholesale the vehicle so that we can avoid situations like this. However with used cars, especially those with higher miles, you can never anticipate what might happen. We made multiple attempts to contact you after our last meeting to offer you our help. Unfortunately we were not able to reach you after leaving several voice mails at the number we had on file. I wish I would have seen this review sooner since maybe we could have resolved the matter.
