Very disappointed with Tuscaloosa Chevrolet when I come to my vehicle I bought my vehicle brand new it’s a 2015 Chevrolet Impala my engine light came on. I took it to them January 5 And February 22nd it’s to my vehicle I bought my vehicle brand new it’s a 2015 Chevrolet Impala my engine light came on. I took it to them January 5 And February 22nd it’s when I get my vehicle back it took them 38 days I believe to get my vehicle fixed they had to go to corporate or whoever to get it fixed that’s fine with me but why did it take you 38 days to do this, even though that you did give me a loaner car I made sure I took care of your loaner car. I cleaned your car. I put a half a tank of gas even though it was empty when I got it, so why is my vehicle? It’s empty when I had a full tank when I came in, and why is my vehicle is full of all in my interior do people not care about other people property I do I took care of you and I respect you take your mind I ask them to clean it. My vehicle was never clean. I called back up there to talk to them about my vehicle being clean, and what happened to my My Gas, did y’all leave the vehicle ruin what happened that’s all I wanna know never got a respond back from them. And that was on 22 February and right now today I still have not heard anything from nobody. I The manager name is Jennifer. I left several messages for her even on her message I even try to talk to guest relation no respond back from him either. They are no good when I come to taking care of people my property, I ordered a part for my husband, truck and November never got it so he went up there they got the next day. They never ordered the part and they kept telling me the department had never came in, but they never ordered it. I’m just so Chevrolet. I am just with Tuscaloosa Chevrolet even though I bought my car there that’s the reason I take it there to get a service and everything because I figured that they supposed to know everything that is to know about the vehicle. It’s not like I took it to the Toyota place or the Honda place, this is Chevrolet very disappointed. Very very disappointed. More

I had my oil changed 2 weeks ago and was stranded on the side of the road on the way to work this morning with a sensor telling me to shut off my engine, my oil was low. My husband then has to leave his job side of the road on the way to work this morning with a sensor telling me to shut off my engine, my oil was low. My husband then has to leave his job and realizes my oil cap wasn’t screwed on and added oil. So not only did I spend the money to have my oil changed, I lost money being late to work, my husband lost money having to leave his job, it cost us to by more oil, and this also wasn’t the first time this has happened. Needless to say, I am disappointed with the “service” I have received at Tuscaloosa Chevrolet and have decided it is a waste of my time and money to utilize it anymore. I would also like to add that “appointments” aren’t respected if you don’t wait on your vehicle, so not only is coming there a huge inconvenience, I leave with shotty work. More
