Excellent service My best friends mother Denise Clayton knew that I was looking to get a new car. I was interested in a Kia Optima. She had recently gone to Turnersvill My best friends mother Denise Clayton knew that I was looking to get a new car. I was interested in a Kia Optima. She had recently gone to Turnersville Kia and was very happy with them. I was honestly nervous about getting a new cause since this was the first time I have in about 7 years. I called to set up a reservation and Kelly was very nice and pleasant on the phone. When we arrived, we were quickly welcomed by the staff. The Manager introduced Josh to us and told us he would be the associate to help us through the entire process. Josh was great!! He had a great personality, was very positive and upbeat. He answered every question asked without hesitation. I actually think he answered all of my questions before I could think of them on my own! The process was a lot less stressful having someone so helpful and cheerful. He even called me 3 days later to make sure everything with my new Kia Optima was going well. Windshield wipers!! Mike and the entire parts dept are great I bought my Optima there in 2011 and when i need to replace my wipers i wanted to keep the "Areo blade" becau Mike and the entire parts dept are great I bought my Optima there in 2011 and when i need to replace my wipers i wanted to keep the "Areo blade" because i like the way it looks so after i originally got the wrong part Mike got me what i needed no problem and he continues to get them for me i just picked up a few sets a couple months back. No one touches my car other than Turnersville Kia when it comes time to trade my baby in I wouldn't go anther else!!!! More
