The service department doesn’t greet or acknowledge that a customer has walked in. It’s uncomfortable to wonder whether they are hard of hearing or oblivious to your presence . The gentleman that has greeted me in my four or five visits has been unbelievably courteous when places the paper matt on the floor to filling your fluids. He would not take tip. I felt as if I offended him , hey I'm an Italian from South Philly and we tip everyone that makes us feel welcomed,and this service department makes you feel welcome! Patty and the crew at the service desks gets me in and out and makes me feel like a VIP. The cashier has always been very friendly as well as the people in the parts department . They were willing to do a rush for me to install a soft top on my Wrangler , but I didn't want to spend the money on a lease car.
