Brought in for oil change and diagnosis due to mds studder. Oil change was done but never any conversation about the issue I was having. As it stands, I would say that I would not recommend this service center. The individuals that work in this service center are polite, however in the two instances that I have had to deal with them it seems service center. The individuals that work in this service center are polite, however in the two instances that I have had to deal with them it seems that the left hand never knows what the right hand is doing and vice versa ( I was scheduled for an appt only to show up on the day of to be told that they did not have the parts needed to fix my vehicle ). After speaking with the service center manager, things went a bit smoother but the situation should have never reached that level in the first place. More

I had two appts at Turnersville Jeep during the month of April 2021. Each appointment was substandard as far as the accuracy and attentiveness.
