I had my vehicle in for Service on 10/18 for an oil change and my infotainment system was jumping from screen to screen on it own. The service tech told me it needed a download that would take 4-5 hour change and my infotainment system was jumping from screen to screen on it own. The service tech told me it needed a download that would take 4-5 hours. He advised me that I would have to come back another time. I came back on 10/29. I dropped my car off the day before. No one contacted me. I called the dealership 3 times before someone let me know that my car was not looked at yet. His name was Bob. Bob informed me that it would cost $150 and take only an hour. The download did not fix my issue with the infotainment system. I now have another appointment on 11/6. I have tried to contact the service department 3 more times with no call back. More

I had an unacceptable and disappointing experience with Service Adv., Brianna White. When I dropped my Gladiator off for an oil change, I stated I would wait there. An hour and a half later, I went to the Service Adv., Brianna White. When I dropped my Gladiator off for an oil change, I stated I would wait there. An hour and a half later, I went to the service desk to ask for an ETA and Brianna stated that she had tried to call me 25 minutes ago, and when I shared there were no missed calls, and after confirming that the number on file was accurate, she claimed that it must have been due to a lack of service. Rather than apologize for forgetting to come to the waiting area to inform me that my vehicle was ready, Brianna lied, claiming she tried to call me. When I subsequently called to speak with the service manager, Brianna White was put on the phone, claiming the manager was unavailable. She assured me I would receive a call back from the manager, but there was no follow-up leaving me to assume that the message was never forwared. More
